Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Jonesboro

We stopped by Cold Stone Creamery for a treat, and the experience was fantastic from the moment we walked in. The employees were incredibly friendly and upbeat, creating a welcoming atmosphere despite how busy it was. When we arrived, the line was all the way to the door, but it moved surprisingly fast. The staff worked quickly and efficiently, and it was clear they knew how to keep things flowing while still giving each customer personal attention.

The ice cream was outstanding—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. I went with the Founder’s Favorite, which is normally made with sweet cream ice cream, but I customized mine with coffee-flavored ice cream instead. That combo was absolutely delicious. The blend of pecans, brownie chunks, caramel, and fudge swirled into the smooth coffee base made every bite feel like a dessert masterpiece. It was the perfect balance of sweetness and bold flavor.

Cold Stone is one of those places where you can really make your dessert your own, and I love that flexibility. With great service, high-quality ice cream, and a fun, lively atmosphere, it’s no surprise the place stays busy. Visited this ice cream shop that just opened in town. I have visited other Cold Stones in the past and other ice cream places like it. They basically take your selection of ice cream flavor, toppings that you choose, and then chop and mix them up into a bowl or waffle cup/cone. They have a nice variety of ice cream flavors and toppings. They also have the own, in-house menu as well. I ordered a strawberry blonde and a create your own and both were made quickly and exactly how they were ordered.

My only issue is that it is pricey for ice cream. I ordered two items and my total was nearly $20. Just keep that in mind when visiting and maybe get something smaller, if price...

Serves a consistently good ice cream. Sweet cream with Oreos is my all-time favorite here. The workers were really friendly & incredibly patient, including when they had to deal with the rude guy in front of me. They took the time to clarify any orders rather than get anything incorrect.
