TJ's Burgers — Restaurant in Jonesboro

Fresh ground beef ground in house, and fresh milkshakes made to order instead of frozen patties and soft serve with other sweets added along with in house hand cut frys definetly sets the tone for a better quality meal when it comes to your everyday run of the mill fast food burgers ,frys and milkshakes here. The frys come in three styles: Cajun,Seasoned or Classic. A fresh take on the common favorite meal that we are all accustomed to when visiting a regular fast food chain. Your perspective of the everyday burger and fry joint will be changed once you try this place. The fries are wonderful. The milkshakes will definetly bring "all the boys to the yard"because they are much better than others but they have to charge... If your looking for a great burger ,fry and shake this is the place to be. The staff was welcoming and very helpful while trying to navigate a new menu. The restaurant was clean and that's always a good thing when dining out. Whether you order a la carte or one of the combos here the hand cut frys and the fresh ground meat along with fresh made to order milkshakes will definetly bring a smile to your face. The price may seem a little on the high side for a burger and fry but when you realize the preparation and quality of the products it all makes it worthwhile. A great burger made with high quality ingredients including the option to have extra add ons like "bacon onion marmalade" ,provolone or grilled mushrooms,made to order milkshakes and hand cut frys then this is a place to go. I highly recommend this place for an uncommon meal even if you think burgers and fry are common you will feel differently about this after trying TJ's. The first time coming to T j's . This will be our last time showing up. I have to tell my truth its not sitting rite with me I stopped in today around 12:15and order my food first time coming. And overheard the (owner v/manger )speaking horribly to an. Employee. He had no patience. Or understanding about the situation constantly. Down grating her. As if she was not a human. Being ive worked with strict boss's before but before this girl could catch a breath after taking our order he was telling her how she did wrong i wanted to speak up for her because i receivced perfect. Service from her. If anyone knows her name can you please contact me i would like to speak with her. And i wanna speak on this i heard. Christian music But how does a man speak to women like she doesnt deserve to be told to get out And i seen myself he was the person try irritate the sitution she calmly stood at the front no customer in line he screamed for her to go outside she said she was waiting on a ride he told her to leave now. Very evilish of him. It was also 95' outside. So if anyone know the ladys name please contact me. I believe she quit her job due to that and its far from ok in my eyes i see a man having control and over powering the power he does have i mean this man was red in the face speaking to this young lady. Staff: Miss Kim was so warm and kind from the moment we walked in to when we left. She made sure to come by each table and chat with the few of us who were dining. She saw my ILY earrings (ASL “I love you”) and we chatted about Etsy and supporting artists. She downloaded it on the spot! She was very sweet.

Atmosphere: When we got there, we were the only couple in the place besides a small family with an upset toddler (bless em that’s never fun). We had our pick of tables/booths. We noticed the ceiling was covered in toothpicks (I’ll let them tell y’all the story!) and were very curious about it XD There was Christian music playing and each table had a napkin holder with inspirational quotes! Very nice. It seemed fairly clean as well.

Food: I got the mushroom and Swiss single burger with seasoned fries. My hubby got the Bom Burger at Kim’s recommendation as well as the Bom fries. The burgers were delicious!! My hubby did enjoy the Bom sauce but because he had it on both his fries and the burger, he got a bit tired of it. It was sweet and savory and yummy, though! I liked the buns they used on the burgers. The fries got cold fast but were good while warm! The regular seasoning is sweet/savory and is so good!

Facilities: There are two bathrooms that are shareable - meaning guys or gals can go in to use them. Just the one toilet and sink. I wish there were just a men’s and women’s side because the floor by the toilet was very sticky O_o If you don’t lock the door properly, people will come right in because you can’t tell if the restroom is occupied from the outside.

All in all, a good experience and we would definitely come back for the food...
