Arrived at 11 AM and it wasn't busy with lunch crowd yet. The gentleman that took my order along with my wife and daughter, was very courteous. Repeated the orders back to us to make certain he didn't miss anything and to see if something else needed added to original order. Even though my wife didn't order a beverage, this gentleman gave her a medium cup anyway so she could get some water. Thank you for this simple act! While waiting a quick restroom break was needed for all. They were spotless and well cleaned. The eating area was also well cleaned and well stocked with necessary items. All orders were out expeditiously, correctly and under 10 minutes. A "thank you" for our orders by the woman who called out are names. All was hot and tasty. As other customers came in it was the same courteous treatment for them as well. After eating, another thank you for coming as we were leaving. Must say, throughout my 45 years at eating a variety of fast food places, I can't ever recall being treated so nicely. This includes other Arby's as well in Missouri and Oklahoma. Thanks to Arby's for GREAT customer service and thanks to management and owner (if this particular Arby's is franchised out) for this staff during lunch. Read moreWorst experience I have ever had. Waited in the line for food to watch the employees (come to find out the manager as well) on their phones. Was asked to pull forward and waited. Finally went inside, asked how much longer food was going to be and the only person I could find was the girl with scrubbers on her feet cleaning the lobby she went back and waited longer then a manager came out and when I asked her she basically said they where working on it when I told her they had been working on it for 20 min she told me I was being hostile and she wasn’t going to speak to me and be treated that way. Such wonderful customer service. I have no clue how this manager was promoted but obviously she has no clue how to deal with customers that are upset with how services are going and treats them like they are in the wrong. I will never go back to this location and I hope the owners of this franchise does a surprise visit through the drive through to see how their customers are being served. Read moreThe worst experience I have ever had Restaurant is dirty, dinning room I’d freezing. It’s warmer outside. Food cold no pop in pop machine. No sauce in the dispenser. I asked twice if air was on both employees said I don’t know and walked away. The guy taking our Order rolled his eyes at us 4 times and was bothered because we came in to order food. Then he was rude to the older gentleman that wanted to know about a sandwich. The gentleman asked if he could get the bigger sandwich and the guy rang him out as he was asking and told him how it cost more. The man said I’ll pay for it and he rolled his eyes at him and still had them prepare the small sandwich instead of voiding and ringing up for what he wanted.
