My family an I desided to come back to Logans in Joplin Mo an eat again. We had a situation a few month back. Our waiter brought out a leomaid we ask to be virgin no alcohol. But came out with alcohol an we did not know an our 12 year old drank it which he is in a wheelchair an has Muscles Dystrophy. When i talked to the manager she said. (Come back in we will take care of everything an make sure you have the best experience you can have. So last night we desided to go an enjoy a night out. There not alot of seats for our sons power chair to sit at a table. We asked if we could sit in a corner both an was told yes. After we got set down was told we could sit there any more. We got moved to a corner by the bar. Completely way from everyone else. The bartender did his best at taking care of us. The manger was always walking around awlays looking over at us an not ever 1 time come over an ask how everything was going. I wanted to see how we would be treated while we was there with out me saying anything about the last situation that happen. At the end of our meal i asked to speak with the manger. When she came over she said she remembered us from the situation before hand. An i asked when did u realize it was us. As soon you i seen you. So you knew it was us an this is how you treat someone after a bad situation. Im not the company that served a 12 year alcohol that is in a wheel chair. But this situation is crazy how the manager handled it an ignored us an could not even come apologize for any of it.    Read moreWhat a joke!!! The GM was manning the hostess stand along with a hostess. Never said a word to us. He handed the menus to hostess and mumbled something to her. She kinda looked at us, so we followed her to our table. She just put the menus and specialty menus in a jumbled stack on the table and walked off.
We ordered our drinks, they came out quickly. No issues there. Also ordered the deviled eggs without onions. They came out pretty quick too and didnât have the chives on top. They looked very tasty. Then first bite could only taste onions. Guess they mix onions into the yolk filling. Yuck!!! Allowed them to take them back, they were that bad.
Then the steaks came out. We both ordered the Logan. Hers she ordered medium, mine medium rare. Hers came out with a very charred outer. She cut into it and it was done well. They took it back to remake. Mine at first looked a tad under cooked , so I attempted to eat it. Then the next slice was beyond under cooked rare. Had to send it back for some more heat time. It came back with an outer char but internals were about the same. I ate about 4 bites and couldnât stomach it any further. I was beyond done with attempting to eat it. Along with the poor cooking abilities, it was extremely tough. To add to this, when the server took my steak back for more heat, he stopped by GM at hostess stand and they seamed to think it was funny and had a little laugh over it.
Another nicer manager stopped by to talk to us. He was super apologetic which was heartfelt. He comped us for one of our steaks. Which was super nice. We werenât wanting free food, just...
   Read moreMy husband and I had never eaten at a Logan's before, since it was near by, we decided to try it out. We were seated quickly by the hostess, it was a Monday around 7pm. Our Waitress took our drink order, 2 sodas, as soon as we we were seated and asked if we wanted to order an appetizer, we declined. She had about 5 tables including us. 15 min later she came by and checked on her other tables, while she was near our table, I tried getting her attention to ask about our drinks. Obviously she didn't hear me call out to her but I wish she had. 5 min later we still didn't have drinks so we decided to leave. As we were leaving I let the hostess know that we were leaving due to not receiving our drinks yet. I usually just sit and wait but we were tired, hungry and had a rough day. The Manager stopped us and ask if she could have the opportunity to fix it. We said sure and she sat us in the bar area. The Manager let us know that our previous Waitress is new, which explains what happened. The Manager offered to buy us an appetizer, when it was ready, our previous Waitress was the person who delivered it. The Manager asked her to bring our appetizer so she could apologize, I am very impressed with the Manager because she handled everything well and the Waitress for talking to us about what happened. I had a porterhouse and he had the ribs, food was amazing!!!! I am glad this Manager asked us to stay. I hope this Manager gets paid what she is worth. I wish I knew her name she is a young gal with blonde hair, glasses and is vertically challenged đ. She worked Monday 6/27/23...
