First time visitor all the way from NWA. In California there is a location called Shakes Pizza and we’ve been missing it so close enough we found this not far location. The fried chicken I can say is there signature thing they have all chicken options as leg wing breast and thighs. Build your own salad bar was very clean and well put together looked fresh lettuce fresh every vegetable and sauce items. The pasta was savory. The pizzas quite few options with good toppings put together for all you veggies on your pizza to fruit on your pizzas meat lovers or simple and usual pizza lovers. The crust was extremely good the warm and fluffy of them good. The beverages Pepsi products on point and coffee lovers extremely happy to hazelnut decaf or original to your own mug and no counting pours to yourself lol. Gaming area can’t complain of course small but that’s why you have like Dave and busters and etc but it was all age and parenting time zone. The only complain I do have is that I couldn’t find the damn restroom lmao because there was no sign till I asked lol. Everything was clear organized clean no spill no short items no mess and even if it’s your fist time is very open and reasonable to understand because there is no beginning and where to end. My all time favorite desert was the blueberry sweet pizza my favorite pizza I can’t name it but it had tomato as a topping and pepperoni with other toppings the fries chef kiss.

This was our first time visiting. I am a 30 year old female, and I had my 10 month old daughter and 76 year old grandmother with me. First off, the multiple handicap spaces were very convenient for my grandmother, then there was a senior discount, and the staff was extremely helpful to her from helping carry her plate back to the table multiple times, filling and refilling her drink, and taking our plates when we finished. Because I had a 10 month old with me and my grandmother does not have great balance, everything they did for her was, in extension, extremely helpful for me. I wasn't expecting an arcade! It's definitely too old for my 10 month old, but I'm excited to bring her back when she's older. It looks like a lot of fun. In my mind, it was basically a smaller version of an Incredible Pizza in some ways, and also similar to Cici's in other ways. I was also thrown off by the mashed potatoes, potato wedges, and other home style foods in a bar next to the pizza bar. There were several pizza options and I think you can also ask for a pizza flavor to be cooked, just like at Cici's.

The food was okay. I like that there was no additional charge for drinks. The lines, the organization, all terrible, people wearing flip flops, but I understand the hype, until it's over. I stood in the long pizza lines that blocked the people coming in to eat. As I got to the bar, it was empty with 4 or 5 pizzas in the window, I asked the lady who sat at the register with someone else just talking (unrelated to work), but it fell on deaf ears, clearly the 1 person who was doing the bar felt overworked as he grabbed a pizza and almost dumped it on me. If I hadn't jumped back I would've been wearing it. My suggestion would be to have 2 pizza bars at least 2 or 3 people making sure pizzas stay on the bar, it was overwhelming to my significant other that came with me so I made multiple trips to the bar, but we will most likely not return until the hype goes down or something changes. Edit: Before leaving I asked a employee where the restrooms where they looked confused, my toddler had to use the restroom and they had them cleaning the bathrooms at the busiest time possible. 🤦‍♂️

Visited today hoping they had been in business here long enough to have gotten it together. It was off to a rocky start when they first opened and have clearly only gone downhill from there. Honestly, I wanted a refund! Seriously! And I and everyone else deserved one. There were 7 customers when my husband and I arrived. I'm not a fried chicken lover so I went for pizza but what was there was sparce and cold so I got a salad while waiting for fresh pizza. Well, that didn't actually happen. After eating my salad I went back up for fresh pizza but what I found was 2 cold slices in the entire buffet line, other customers waiting with plates in hand and the cashier taking yet more people's money, taking special orders for pizza, all while 4 fresh pizzas were sitting in the window growing cold waiting to be put out! It wasn't until she started taking more customers money and I told them that I hope they didn't want pizza as it's been empty that the girl finally put the pizzas on the buffet! Of course by then, she had taken so many more customers in that the few pizzas were immediately taken up and the buffet empty again and with customers just standing there waiting with there plates, busying themselves with salad and complaining at every table. Zero excuse for business to be ran this way. PIZZA Ranch is the name for Pete's sake. Poor management doesn't even scratch the service. I'll also add that the tables were dirty, the silverware...dirty AND there was a stack of plates customers had started of dirty plates from the "clean" plate area. I added my first plate there as well as my "clean" plate had dried food on it. The photos below are from the second time of no food on the buffet. A better value is Cee Cee's pizza buffet or...

We had scheduled a birthday party here at 12:30 on a Saturday for our 7 year old a few weeks in advanced. Upon arriving, they did not have the room decorated in the red and yellow like they had offered to. The party room did not even have our correct last name outside the door and the floor inside the party room had pieces of food, candy, and other random trash all over the floors. One staff member came in and slightly decorated after we brought it up to the attention of the employees. I will say that the pizza itself was extremely good and we had no issues with the quality of it. We never had a party host for the duration of our party time like the package included. We had to ask multiple staff members for plates, cups, forks, etc. They also did not have the arcade cards ready for us so we not only had to ask for those (they were included in our party package) but they took almost 45 minutes to even be handed to us so the kiddos could go play. No one ever checked on us throughout the duration of our party and we were left constantly having to seek out an employee to help us. Some of the games were broken too which wasn't ideal but the kids still seemed to have fun. I wish we had a better experience here, but I think the biggest takeaway were the employees not doing what they were supposed to. I don't think we will ever re-book a birthday party here it was honestly really disappointing that the birthday party was such a mess cause of the lack of a party host, the lack of the staff being prepared, and the staff not being readily available for us to find for help. DO BETTER, not worth over $300 for a dirty room and nothing ready for us. I do not feel bad leaving our trash in that room since it could not be cleaned for...

Overall it was a pleasant and fun experience. Me and my 8 year old son went. They wasn't busy considering it was around 130 Saturday afternoon. But I was glad they wasn't. The pizza was good they could have had a bigger selection, but when asked to make something they was happy to make it, however the buzzer they gave me did not work so I never knew when the pizza was ready. So after playing games with my son while waiting I stopped in to tell them as we was about to leave they told me it had been made and was put on buffet due to them thinking we had left, but offered to remake it and send it with us which was very nice of them they didn't have to do that but I sure wasn't going to say no 😂. So shout out to Alecia (I think that's her name) she went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, as well as the shorter dark complected girl at the counter. I also liked how the drink came with the price of the buffet.

As far as the game room, Ayden had a blast. They have a bigger selection of games compared to the other pizza place with a game room that is on range line. And a rather larger selection of games. But a few of the games was not working which was kind of a bummer. Ayden said he liked that the games only took a few tickets to play, they paid out an ok amount of prizes tickets in return.

So I would give them a 5 for service and fun. But a 3.5 - 4 on food only because they really need to get pasta and sauce on their buffet and they need better cheese sticks. And maybe cinn rolls or brownies on buffet... But we would recommend and definitely...
