I’ve been to Walgreens on Rangeline and 20th two days in a row on my way to work. I was texted and told on the phone that both all my prescriptions would be ready on the second day. I get there and one is in a shipment box, one is being worked on and one is there so do I wanna pick up that one and come back a couple more times to get the other ones NO!! I just want them to keep their word when they say their prescriptions are ready so if you’re ever in a hurry, don’t go to Walgreens on 20th and Rangeline and double check before you go pick your prescriptions up because they might not be there. Misha the pharmacy tech told me she could call my insurance for more information but it could take an hour or hour and a half. No attempt was made to see if they could get a call through through sooner. Her demeanor was curt and not helpful. Before the transaction was completed the clerk was yelling at another employee that was helping another customer to hurry and get over there because she was done and we had another order. As she completed moms order I placed my vitamins around the barrier and she grabbed her stool and walked away. The other employee was still tied up with the other customer. No one to check me out!
