My friend and I came here for lunch today. Today's lunch was unsuccessful. The girl who was making our food was not in the right state of mind whatsoever. She was not paying attention at all! I'm almost POSITIVE she was high on something. The most DEPRESSING thing to see! This girl was moving as slow as the sloth on zootopia working at the DMV.
I said I wanted the #23 .... The Hotshot Italiano. Not the #18 The Ultimate B.M.T. Only because I ordered it last time I was at Subway and didn't want ham this time. She proceeded to do the #18 anyway. I left that alone. I then proceeded to tell her I wanted salt and pepper on my sandwich after she added all my veggies, and she put parmesan cheese on my sandwich without my permission....
I looked at the store manager and said I was going to go somewhere else and she said "No, I'll fix it"

I visited Subway recently with my 7-year-old grandson. While the sandwiches were fine and the restaurant itself was very clean, the experience overall wasn’t as pleasant as I had hoped.
The music inside was extremely loud, which made it hard for my grandson to place his own order. He knows exactly what kind of sandwich he likes and was excited to speak for himself—but the server kept looking at me instead, clearly annoyed by the situation. My grandson had to repeat himself several times, and because of the music, the server couldn’t hear him and acted like helping a child was a bother.
It would have meant a lot for the staff to show a little patience and encouragement, especially when a child is learning to speak up and make decisions for himself. Food and cleanliness were fine, but the lack of welcoming service was...
Read moreI am extremely unhappy with my experience with this Subway. I placed an order online hoping to save myself time. It said my order would be ready at 120. I got there 10 minutes early and let her know i was there. She said you're order doesn't say it will be ready till 120 and I was fine with that. She continued to help people coming in. She ended up not starting my order till 120 and she got the entire order wrong. I brought it up to her when she was trying to ring it up.
