Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Junction City

I ordered a deep dish pizza from dominos for dinner. It got here unusually fast given the fact that we had quite a big order tn. Opened my pizza and it was completely raw, just dough, I’m not even playing. my husband called and the guy on the phone said “it’s a pan, it’s going to be kinda doughy” my husband replied “I know, but this one is raw.” The guy said okay and said he would send out another one and that was it. Two hours go by and no pizza. I called, spoke to a lady and explained what was going on, she said just a sec and put me on hold. Two minutes goes by and someone picks up the phone, it’s some man and he told me that he spoke to a man regarding the same issue so he looked up my number and it came back w some road name that wasn’t even ours so he “just sent it over there” without even calling to confirm if that was our address. He doesn’t even apologize and says he will send out another pizza. Dominos is 8 minutes from our house, the pizza shows up 15 minutes after the phone call ends. I open the box and the pizza is lightly warmed raw dough with sauce and little to no cheese. Very disappointed given the fact that dominos is my favorite Main Street pizza place. Honesty three times in a row that my order has came back wrong this time actually top the cake I even asked the guy who took my order to repeat it back to me and had explained to them it already been wrong the last two times. I had asked if he would please make sure it was correct. so I honestly kind of think this one had to be a joke, but it is very annoying, and I never leave bad reviews on anything. I try to always leave good reviews because I understand things happen people get busy they might be short-handed all of the above. My daughter actually ordered chicken alfredo with mushrooms but when it gets delivered there's no alfredo sauce even on it. I called the manager to make a complaint and I think it's the same one I talked to you last time but maybe not. we can bring it back out to you in another 30 minutes!!!! thank you for remaking it and bring it back out hopefully this one will be right I do appreciate that gesture. The person that made the pizzas for delivery to western extralite company last night on the fourth in junction city ks. Last night needs to be fired. Yeah I know I should have inspected both pizzas but I didn't when I got home after fireworks and dominoes was closed I went to get a piece of my thick crust NO sauce pineapple and extra cheese pizza. And seen that it was covered in sauce. Seriously if you don't know or understand the word NO how much of your job can you actually do correctly. Considering NO is one of the first words you ever learn since birth. Now this whole dam pizza is sitting in my trash can. Thanks so very much dominoes. Like I said kinda my fault for losing $33.
