Wendy's — Restaurant in Junction City

We went there on a Monday evening around 8:50 pm went inside to order. There were prob 6 people waiting for food and several pick up orders. We ordered a salad chicken sandwich combo and a frosty. There were 8 people working and a manager I think was just opening all sandwich’s coming down the line and throwing half of them away. There was no organization what so ever. No one was making the orders for the people waiting inside. After we had waited about 20 minutes some guy who said he’d been waiting over 30 min went off on the girl at the register bc she was just standing there talking to another worker. He grabbed some kids meals and walked out. We finally asked them to take care of a lady who had two children with her that was there when we got there. They finally filled her order then asked what our name was and told me they had no apple pecan salads. I said find just give me a taco salad. Bottom line is we waited 25 minutes for our food. Someone needs to get over there and figure out what the problem is or shut down the lobby. The drive they was constant cars and they were getting there food fine. We won’t ever go back...

EDIT: I had to add this due to Alicia being among one of the best employees I’ve dealt with ever…. Alicia is amazing she always does the best for customers and if something isn’t right she makes it right I love seeing her she is always so happy.

went in tonight I had no idea what I wanted. Then I took a while to choose I asked about the cookies they only had two sugar cookies I made sure to ask if they were hard due to last time I went to the drive-thru I got five and they were extremely hard microwaving them didn't even help but I asked a ton of questions I'm very picky they had no problem with it then when I got to the window the charge was a lot more due to the app not working and taking off the item. Cnaaniya was amazing. She checked it out and took care of it. We did forget the sugar cookie I got but it was worth going thru once more. It was super soft and amazing! The staff is amazing especially at night !! THANK U SO MUCH CNANIYA. like I said even the good need to be reviewed, especially the good! Ppl always complaining hardly giving credit for...

I just spent over 30 minutes in the Drive thru line. I order three $5.00 meals one with no cheese no mayo. Of course got home one had cheese and mayo guess my friend that can’t have Dairy won’t be eating now. I called the store got a song and dance from the Manager I know the order your talking about it I made it the way it was on the screen well obviously you didn’t I have my receipt it clearly states no cheese no mayo then I hear oh their is only three of us and the stress of making sure that all the customers are being taking care of. I said I don’t care call someone in. I GOT HUNG UP ON. While I was sitting their waiting forever if I wouldn’t have already paid I would have left. They locked the doors so no one could go into the lobby, cars we piling up behind when my food finally came I asked the girl in the window are you short staffed she said no problems with the grill. So which is it???? I know what I think the owner needs to get some decent staff in their or Wendy’s in Junction City is going to be the next fast food that goes out...
