2025 Update: I tried to go back out convenience, somehow order was mistaken when applying for a Ham/Bacon/Pineapple Alfredo pasta with Garlic Chicken, Worker at store only gave attitude after confirming the tip was sent and I hoped after 4 times of mistaken orders brought (missing drinks/sides and desserts squished), they could least let me reorder another without a tip as a separate order. But man at the store just told me order was already delivered and have a nice night after reviewing that the tip was already submitted and payment for prior placed as opposed to making a new order real quick. I tried 4 times before and its almost always the same case, EVEN after basically attempting to bribe them for a better service with tipping just as much as the order in hopes for a solid meal, but due to my arrogance I was only given half my order and drinks were missing and neither were sent. I tried this last time, even with the 50% off offers I simply wanted a convenient dinner tonight, which now I'm spending the rest of the night typing this in congestive chaos. So if anyone wants 3 free 2 toppings from Downtown, can have them, I'll try to order from Valley as a last resort as I'm willing now to pay for the extra service as downtown workers around 6-9 pm know they have a monopoly on deliveries around this time and just sloppily disregard any effort.
Order was fast Meat under cooked, (writing this in restroom as speak.) Turns out that soapy after taste comes from something with the meat and veggies.) Called dominos to change a mistake in order which was hung up on and couldn't get contact after. I wouldn't have cared much even with pizza underdeveloped because i wanted convienence over it all. But the garlic bread was messed up. Seem to have mistaken garlic and parmesan and butter...

I've had serious issues with my food being very late (like tonight: 1 hour and 33 minutes still no food) I've had some issues with my order being messed up or being very sloppy looking on arrival (like the free pizza & brownie cookies I paid for that I got a week ago) But the worst issue I had was a couple years ago, my then almost 4 year old daughter and I ordered a pizza with chicken on it. That where things went wrong. About 2 hours after eating a couple slices each, we both started feeling horrible. Like, bent over in pain horrible. Then she and I both started vomiting and having awful diarrhea for the next day or so. I called to complain about it, but Javi told me he wouldn't do anything about it unless I bout in the whole pizza and prove how sick we were. Obviously I couldn't do that since the pizza was no longer whole (and because we were bedridden from being sick) I even printed out the corporate policy where it says that satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, or we will work to make it right. No luck. Not to mention I'll call in to check on an order and the phone will just ring and ring and ring. I don't think I'm gonna be ordering from this location anymore, and I hope that most of the people managin...
OKAY so another Downtown Dominos pizza post coming at ya.
My mom very nicely decided to order my boyfriend and I some pizza. Awesome, right?
Nope.
All I wanted was a freakin pepperoni pizza and some cheesy bread. Not that complex, right? Here's where it gets complicated. I wanted ranch. 3 cups to be exact. I wouldn't wish that task on my worst enemy now, because apparently it's SO HARD. My delivery person even told me it was in the little box, great. But it wasn't. So we called, of course to complain about NOT getting the stupid ranch, because hey, it was paid for. The first call, they got an attitude about it. Second call, got an attitude from a lady AND the baker I guess? Who swore up and down he put it in there. Thing is, it wasn't in there....so.. then they hung up. Not only is this the most ridiculous customer service I've ever experienced, but over some ranch? Really?
Ps. I'm pregnant, so it's a big deal, duh. Extremely disappointed. I'd rather pay an arm and a leg for pizza from bullwinkles, because I'll at least get...
