Our stay was less than ideal. First the shampoo and body soap dispensers were empty upon check-in. Apparently, housekeeping didn't check when they clean the room between guests. We were told they would be refilled. They were not.

The main issue with our stay was the lack of elite benefits. I am a lifetime Platinum member. At check-in, I opted for the breakfast option. The front desk agent didn't know what I was talking about and only offered points. I informed her that breakfast was an option. She said for me to take it up with the front desk agent the next morning. The next morning the front desk agent gave me the breakfast voucher but commented why the front desk agent from last night didn't do it.

The following morning, when we asked for the breakfast voucher, we were told that it was one voucher per stay. I informed the front desk agent that the terms and conditions say it is per night not per stay. She said no. I then asked to speak with her manager. She called the manager and handed me the phone. The manager said it was per stay or $50. I informed her that it was per night and that the $50 was only if I didn't get the amenity. She said she would be right down to "show me."

When she got to the lobby, she greeted me by pointing to me and said in a rather loud voice "follow me." She directed me to the office where there was a chart on the wall. She pointed me to the line (which was highlighted) "it's per stay." I informed her the line she was pointing to clearly said "per night." She got more upset and told me, to follow her to the restaurant and informed the staff the we could have breakfast. She ended our interaction by saying she will be calling corporate. She was very rude in our interaction. That sort of ruined my day as I was quite shocked at her reaction and how she treated me. The fact that the line was highlighted makes me wonder if there were other times this issue was brought up. She also said that the restaurant was a third party. If that were the case, then why were there vouchers available.

The next day, she happened to be working the front desk. When we asked for the breakfast voucher, she said "just tell the ladies it's fine for us to have breakfast." The ladies at breakfast didn’t take my word so someone else from the front desk had to come to the restaurant to give the okay.

Later that morning, we asked for late check-out. We were denied because they said housekeeping leaves at 1pm and they need to clean the room before they leave. I've never been denied late checkout before. We weren’t even asking for 4pm late check-out.

I’m not sure if this is an isolated incident, but it seems like elite benefits are a miss at this property. The attitude of the manager also was not...

LOUD CONSTRUCTION & UNHELPFUL STAFF

We booked this hotel because it was across from the uncruise check in and in a good area.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, there was no one at the front desk for at least 15 minutes. As we waited, a line of others showed up, around 13 people. We waited for at least 30 minutes for someone to come out and tell us check in wasn’t until 3 so the room wouldn’t be ready. It wasn’t a problem for us to wait (it was like 2pm). But then the manager started going down the line of people, she started telling some that there wouldn’t be enough rooms. There was a couple was upset about this but quickly called and got another room at a nearby hotel. I don’t know how many people were turned away after they had booked a room. Either way, they dodged a bullet.

There is construction going on at this hotel that was not advertised at booking nor when we checked in. And honestly it would’ve been fine, except the noise level started at 7:45 am and it was LOUD. When I confronted the manager about it, she didn’t apologize and just said “I know” and the owner knows, too. She said she gets cussed out every time she talks to the vendor about the noise, so she said there’s nothing she can do about it. I asked her if she has talked to the owner and she said there’s nothing that can be done. Bizarre to me that noise nuisance laws would allow this to legally happen in a hotel.

So word of warning to everyone: they are under staffed, under construction, and do not care about their guests. I did get an apology from the manager when I checked out, but honestly the only reason I feel like she apologized is because I told her I would write a review earlier that morning. I feel bad for her, but unless something is done, avoid this hotel because they don’t really care if you had a...

Great location and comfortable lodging near downtown Juneau. We flew in late so we didn’t check in until ~11pm. The person working the front desk was very friendly and it didn’t take long before I had the keys in hand heading up to our room. We were on the 6th floor and with our Marriott status, we were upgraded to a room with an ocean view. The room itself wasn’t anything special, similar to other Four Points rooms I’ve stayed in. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the view was very nice. A few cons: the bathroom was super tight, the pillows were terrible - looked fluffy but became flat as pancakes once you laid on them - and the room didn’t have a/c. I could certainly see why a/c isn’t necessary for a climate like Juneau but was just thrown off that the room was heat only. Luckily it was a little cool out so when we opened the window, we had a nice breeze coming in. The downside with this was the window was right by the street so we clearly heard all traffic that drove by. You can’t beat the location, it’s walkable to just about anything in downtown Juneau. Our overall experience here was positive but the main reason for not giving 5-stars was the price of the room. I get there aren’t many hotels in Juneau and we were here during the busy season, but over $600 a night for budget lodging is absolutely ridiculous. Being a loyal Marriott member, I figured staying at the Four Points would be a solid choice - and that statement is true. But the pricing is insane, charging high end hotel pricing for a budget room with no a/c is just wrong - they’re clearly taking advantage of people visiting Juneau. Not sure we’d stay here again because of...

I attempted to check in 9/12/25. If I could give this staff zero stars I would. There were about 18-20 people waiting to check in. There was some sort of IT issue. A woman pulled in a black Chevy SUV and parked at the front door, she came in and sat down at check in counter. She quickly become nasty. She wouldn’t allow anyone to talk to her. She said she was an IT specialist and owned company. Several people tried to ask her name when she threaten us with the police. She refused to give her name again saying she wasn’t a hotel employee. But earlier the crowd was told she was the hotel manager. I’m emailing a video of her threatening a 65 year, 100 lb woman with police. She told us to sit down or police would be called. This woman got up without permission and she quickly found a finger put in her face and the manager held up her phone and pretending to dial. I sat quietly as we were told we didn’t have to stay here. I’d love to publicly post these videos but I want to protect the victims I was the only person waiting that wasn’t in their 60s and 70s. This seemed like a hate crime against the elderly. Some of the elderly people fell asleep waiting. The manager even threatened to call Sanborn Cruise Line on theses people. This situation was like nothing I have ever seen. There was a box fan in the room. And one small window opened. So basically I paid $500 for this abuse and a room with no AC. (I video’d your abusive behavior and threats towards all these elderly people, I have sent them to Marriott) I’m not sure how this 1970s run down motel is a Sheraton Brand, and I doing a credit card dispute for fraud and trying to get a refund
