We walked into the store two minutes before closing, fully understanding that it was close to the end of the day, but still hoping to make a quick purchase. From the moment we entered, the woman working there was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Rather than politely letting us know they were about to close, she made it clear through her tone and body language that we were an inconvenience.
As we shopped (and spent several hundred in under five minutes), she continued making passive-aggressive comments and even spoke to other employees about how she “usually locks the doors five minutes early to avoid this.” That kind of attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
To top it off, when we asked if we could pet her dog on the way out, she curtly said no and told us she had places to be and we needed to leave.

Although I do take interest in the foreign toilets that use carpet to filter the urine a bit, I missed out on the plink-plop sound that I usually hear when using them; the sound coming from the chamber below. I also appreciate the care for the environment through use of reusable toilet paper gloves, but I wish they were just a bit more absorbent. I also wish there was a sink, but the long sanitation towels did just fine. I only prefer sinks. 2 stars, would come again if I had to, but...

I carried on his will to find a charming little shop here, but even with the fond nostalgia associated with it, I can't help but give it 3 stars because of the lack of atmosphere. There was ZERO fog in the shop, and the mountain aura was not nearly as present as you might expect. I don't know about the other patrons, but to truly enjoy my "dining" experience, there's gotta be atmosphere that matches the food. Since I mentioned the food, it tasted quite good. The ski gloves are my personal favorite, but the skis themselves also have a nice crunch. 3 stars...
