My cruise ship waiter recommended a filipino food truck by the fort and it was extremely underwhelming. I went to the museum and by sheer luck wandered into Raven Cafe. This place is phenomenal and it’s no farther than a mile away from the fort. We tried the Adobo burrito and a latte and they were great. The burrito was huge and can feed two people.
