Vinny's Pizza — Restaurant in Jupiter

I was with my girlfriend and i noticed this place while shopping nearby. so we therefore decided to come back and try it.I dont like writing review unless i have something to say and our experience was so good that i felt i must. The restaurant was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. Crystal was the friendly young girl working behind the counter. She was very helpful and told us all about the menu. We had fried mushrooms and a med NY style pizza. They were both amazing. The pizza sauce and herbs they used made it very unique. Crystal was very attentive and the manager even stopped by to make sure we were enjoying our meal..I could go on and on but i will let you see for yourself. We definitely recommend that you give it a try!!!! Ordered pizza and Cannoli for delivery and it was excellent. Took about an hour to arrive, but the pizza was still warm so it was ok. The Cannoli was awesome, next time I will order two! Pizza was bon greasy, just the right amount of sauce, and folded in half nicely. Delicious! Will order again.   It was by far the best pizza I have ever had. The guys running it are very nice aswell. I would recommend this...

They screwed up my order. I ordered a large pizza with sausage, pepperoni and green peppers. They gave me a large pizza with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and green peppers. I guess that's my fault for not checking my pizza before I left (why assume that a business would do what they are supposed to do and give you the correct order). I called back and told them about the mistake. They told me to bring back the wrong pizza and they would replace it with the right one. Why not verify that they made the mistake and have one of their drivers deliver the right one to me. Should i have to burn my gas and waste my time when you made the mistake? What ever happened to good customer service. Especially when YOU make a mistake!!!...

I have been a regular customer for a long time..every order I have ever placed was delivery...when I placed my order today they told me it would arrive in 20 minutes...after 45 minutes still no pizza... apparently they put it as a pick up NOT delivery...so since my pie was sitting there for 25 minutes...I wanted a new pie made...they told me it would be another 35 minutes for the pie to be delivered!!! I asked for a discount since it was their screw up and the owner said No! This is not a good response to someone who was a loyal customer....I will never do business with them again....This is how you treat your loyal customers? You should be ashamed and if you are Italian (the owner) then you are an even...
