I just left this location and I didn't appreciate the way that the manager treated me. I went to purchase an order of crazy bread I didn't have my debit card and all I had was $100 bill when the young lady went back to ask him if they accepted $100 bills he came back he never looked me in the face never addressed me and started to explain to her why they don't keep change in their drawers and why he always has to drop them. So since he wasn't talking to me I asked him okay with that being said do you have the keys because he explain the drop process to her which I didn't need to know but he mentioned he needed keys to get into the register. The manager left he came back and told her still never talking to me that he couldn't find the keys I remembered that I had another method of payment and I saw that for whatever reason interacting with me was not something that the manager was interested in doing so I swiped my card and asked the young lady that was helping me if she was training and in so many words she asked me why did I ask and as the manager was coming around the corner I explained to her that I didn't understand why he was explaining everything to her about my situation but never addressed me never apologized for the inconvenience and he still just stood there looking stupid I think that he shouldn't be the one training people because what you're supposed to do is interact with the customer let your representative watch how you interact listen to the explanation that you offer the customer and then summarize for the representative so that they can learn the only thing he's teaching her how to do is be rude when she's really nice so I don't think he should be in charge he's not very good at it older guy low-cut grey hair mustache, of course I never got his name because he never addressed me he kind of acted like I wasn't there it was just a reason to come and talk to his associate I won't...
Read moreTwo words: pizza portal. I already appreciate Little Caesars for providing consistent, fresh, fast and inexpensive pizza that actually tastes like real ingredients, not a rodeo of sodium, grease and plastic toppings. After spending a day driving all over town running tedious and icky errands from my piled up "have to do" list in sub-freezing weather, the pizza portal is a miracle. I very much appreciate being able to park in front of the store and stay in my heated car, order and pay for my pizza with the app, then walk into the store as soon as I am notified it is ready and walk right back out. Being given a three-digit code to punch on the keypad that corresponds with the heated slot in the glass case where my order is placed is a brilliant idea. the door slides open automatically, I yoink my fresh pie from its spot, the door slides down, and my name drops off of the screen above and out of the queue. My pizza was ready three minutes before the earliest projected window given for pickup, and I was able to get in and out like a ninja...unlike the twelve people waiting in the lobby just to PLACE their order. This is a case where using an app, pressing a few extra buttons to get the whole shebang going instead of being my preferred "analog" self and buying groceries by strolling through store aisles so I can decide what I want based on what is rightthere in front of me is the best idea ever when I feel all retailed-out. (let us not even SPEAK of holiday shopping. The thought gives me a merry red anxiety rash.) Well done,...
Read moreThis is a walk in only place, with no seating, so wanted to get that out there first. That does not mean it's not a good place though. I've been getting pizza here for a long time now, and in all that time, the place has always been clean, service was quick, and workers were friendly and knowledgeable. They make the pizza in the ovens pretty much right in front of you so they really do need people there that know what they are doing and are willing to do the work. So far, I've never had bad service or a bad pizza. In fact, just the opposite. I've walked in when it wasn't as busy and a hot and ready pizza went beyond the time limit where they considered it fresh, and they've given me pizzas for free. Of course, you do have to order something first, but I've gone in to get one pizza and come home with 2 a couple of times now. If you want a custom order, you generally don't have to wait more than 10 minutes. On superbowl Sunday, they had girl scouts in selling cookies, which was a really nice tough. Imagine going out to get pizza for the gang and coming back with girl scout cookies to pass around too! That's a winning situation no matter how you look at it. Location is very convenient as well. Parking lot isn't so big, but thankfully they get you in and out quick so they don't need huge...
