I placed an order for delivery with dickeys barbecue here in Kalispell Montana. I work at a nearby hotel, and I refer a lot of people to dickies, but I will not be doing that ever again. I will never refer anyone to dickeys barbecue here at 175 Hutton Ranch Rd. in Kalispell, Montana, to anybody ever I placed an order with them on 2 February to have it delivered to the hotel that I am working at. They did not deliver my food, but they still charged me. They waited five minutes before time for my food to be delivered to cancel it. They charged me $44.75 and they did not give me my refund back for something that I did not get on top of that you can’t even get in touch with the restaurant directly by phone call because they do not answer and then it says that they are not excepting phone calls at the time which makes no sense and they don’t close until 9 o’clock . Dickeys barbecue is not a place to dine in. It’s not a place to order for delivery. It’s not a place to even go to the drive-through. They have put a very bad taste in my mouth and I am telling everybody that comes into this hotel. I’m telling everybody that works at this hotel. I’m telling anybody who asked me of a good place to eat. I will definitely tell them dickies is not your place do not ever eat there or dine there or go there . They suck big-time. All I want is my money back I shouldn’t have to pay for some thing that I did not get and on top of that I paid for delivery and a tip that’s not cool I need my money back. I work too hard for it. Read moreI placed the order for pick up through DoorDash so I'm not sure the above receipt is your number, but I have got to tell you about my experience. First, I went by two other restaurants that were closed, which bummed me out. My mail box is in the same center as Dickey's in Kalispell. I thought, why not? I ordered a polish sausage sandwich with two sides. I waited 15 minutes to go in and the lady behind the counter (the owner??) said they had run out and if I could wait about 15 minutes longer, she would cook up a new batch. It was no problem at all for me to wait and she gave me a drink and cookie to tide me over. Well, it took longer than 15 minutes, but she was super nice, friendly, apologetic, and sincere. I got home and ate my sandwich. It was EXACTLY how I liked it and so delicious that I didn't even put the sauce on! I gobbled up the sandwich and fries and saved my salad and the sauce for today because I baked a tri tip a couple of nights ago and still had leftovers. I just now ate the salad and my tri tip dipped in the Dickey's sauce and I almost dropped to the floor from a tastebud explosion! It's been awhile since I had food from Dickey's, but that sauce was to die for!! Read moreLOL. Where do I begin? I tried to use their website to look at their menu. It forces you to choose a location, God knows what reason. Anyway this location wasn't on there. So, I tried to go in to grab a menu for my family to order, they don't have them. I took a photo of their screen menus. We made decisions and tried to call in. The phone worker was extremely confusing, eventually my partner said screw it, we're going to come in an order. Everything was confusing.
Portions of meat were small (except pulled pork). My ribs were dry, sauceless, and crispy. There were portions of meat I couldn't eat. And given that I paid a PREMIUM for them I feel like they should have been better than everything else. No, completely dry. If it weren't for the sides I'd have stayed hungry.
