Lotsa Motsa Pizza — Restaurant in Kanab

The pizza was good and we got in quickly. However I asked for nutrition info on the pizza as my child has Type 1 diabetes and the clerk got very defensive said no and then said we only use healthy high quality ingredients. Ma'am I wasn't suggesting it wasn't good quality and that has nothing to do with the carbs in the food. I simply wanted to know how many units of insulin my child would need to dose themself with. We ended up just basing the carb count off back ground knowledge and it was fine. The pizza sauce doesn't have much flavor and they don't use good cheeses. I ordered a pizza to go and noticed that my car didn't smell like good pizza smells. I recommend finding a good Italian tomato sauce recipe and use good Italian cheeses. Not worth the price because the ;pizza doesn't have good Italian flavor.

UPDATE: I ate two pieces of my large to-go pizza and tossed the rest the next day. By the next day the cheese had turned to a strange clear color and the pizza was really nasty. The lunch buffet isn't bad when they use spinach or romaine lettuce in the salad bar, but the last time I had the buffet lunch it was only iceberg lettuce.

Terry, your response has no merit because you don't use good Italian cheeses and spices. Even your crust is pretty much flavorless. All you have to do is find better recipes for your dough and sauce, then use real Italian cheeses. You're charging top dollar for sub-standard pizza, so your response is...

As soon as we walked in we were nicely greeted and attended by Remmy ( Rai ) She is a very warm, sweet, kind and hard working employee. We ordered Veggie Pizza and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with just the right amount of chewiness. The sauce had a great balance of tangy and savory, while the cheese was melt-in-your-mouth perfection loaded with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each bite was bursting with flavor, and the toppings were evenly distributed, so every slice had the perfect ratio of cheese to toppings.

What really stood out, though, was the freshness – you can tell the ingredients are top-notch. The pizza was piping hot when it arrived, and it held up well, even after cooling down a bit it tasted perfect.

Definitely a pizza worth going for in Kanab – highly recommend it to anyone looking for some vegetarian food...
