I have called Kanab Floral & Ceramic Shop on two separate occasions now and have been amazed by the customer service I received. My girl lives in Kanab but I live in St. George. They are the nicest people to deal with even if you haven’t ordered flowers often and didn’t really know anything more than I wanted to send my girl flowers…. The woman that helped was so nice and so patient while she helped me pick what I wanted. The delivery was right on schedule and was delivered in a way that helped the situation be as special as I was hoping it would. The owner was so kind and personable and helpful. I had placed an order first thing this morning with another company, needing it delivered today. Turns out that company is not local, but uses local florists. They had no idea what was available, and by the time they realized what I wanted wasn't available, they said they were no longer able to deliver today. I called Kanab Floral, and not only was I able to get something delivered today, but I was able to completely customize my order. Super happy!

Over the years, we have appreciated doing business with Kanab Floral. They have been so helpful in providing top notch customer service along with the most amazing arrangements. Now living far away, it's nice to know, that you know who to call when you need to brighten someone's day with smile, or just to know your are there.
