Our battery died while in town and drove over to pick up a new battery. We pulled into a spot around the back to park. We pulled too close to the door and as we were moving forward to give more space for the door to open, a worker threw open the door acting like we were idiots while waving his arms at us to keep moving. He stared at us with total disgust as we fixed our parking and he made sure to gesture his dissatisfaction. We were apologizing to him as we got out of the car and he made no response and went back inside. Of course he was also at the register for us to buy our battery and he continued to be very condescending our whole interaction even though we apologized again for pulling too close. I had a great experience at this NAPA Auto Parts last week. I am from Arizona and I was driving through town and it began to rain. My windshield wipers were in terrible condition and the young gentleman who helped me was great. He asked me about my wipers and my expectations, I asked a few questions and he was incredibly knowledgeable. I purchased them and he offered to put them on for me. It had just started to sprinkle again, so I was very appreciative. It would have taken me much longer to figure out how to put them on. I would recommend this place of business to anyone local or driving through. It really gave me peace of mind to continue on my travels around Utah. And boy, did I need them. I think the help there is great. But the prices on parts are outrageous. Every since the other store closed down.. The owner of Napa is money hungry. He wont even give locals a little break He knows he has got us by the you know whats. If its something I don't need that day I will wait until I go to Saint George or even Hurricane .if its a big part i need right away i can drive to Saint George and buy gas and lunch and still save money .
