The place was spotless, well stocked kitchen and everything you'd need for a great stay. I used the grill a couple of times and found it best to use it in the morning. Cook what you want and warm it up for lunch or supper. It is HOT here in the summer and it takes direct sunlight most of the day up until about 7:00 o'clock p.m. If you are a later in the evening type it won't affect you. If you want to eat around 6 or 6:30 do that and it will make it much more tolerable. I parked a motorcycle and a little trailer in the garage. I have a RAM 1500 Truck and it would not fit lengthwise in the garage but there are plenty of parking out front. If keeping your vehicle in a garage is a priority, then a full size truck won't fit. Not an issue at all to me. Zion Stays was on the spot with offerings of assistance with many things which we didn't need but it was a super nice touch to be offered and checked on numerous times through out our stay... Next time I'll probably use some of them. They had a lot to offer and I really just didn't look at it thoroughly until we were about to leave. We did Zion, N rim Grand Canyon, hiked the Buckskin Gulch slot canyon, no guide needed, It's a dirty rough, dusty ride down there but you can do it in a car if need be. It's a good hike about 5.5 to six miles over all if you want to do a decent amount of hiking in the canyon. There are two slots on the way that are spectacular. It's uphill on the way back. We are an active couple in our early 60's and we did it without trouble but we are not "hikers" or super fit or anything. There was a ladder and crawling over some wedged logs in the slots so it is more than a casual stroll too. Take plenty of water and do it early. It was around 100 degrees the day we did it around noonish... Great place to stay with Zion Stays and very helpful...
Read moreWhat a fantastic house! This may be the best overall Air BNB we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve rented a lot of places. There were 4 of us, my husband and me and our 2 college aged boys and we had ample space and were very comfortable. We used it as our base camp for visiting the surrounding nat’l parks. Everything is new and modern and so clean. The back yard is so relaxing- hammock, water feature you can turn on and off with a switch by the door, propane grill, zero gravity chairs for lounging, dining table w/4 chairs and the beautiful backdrop of the red cliffs were so close! We enjoyed watching the sunsets out there every night. Inside was equally well-appointed with a well-stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker and K-cups and a walk-in pantry. Living room has a huge tv and cozy seating for at least 6. Owners provided a great notebook full of info about restaurants and stores in the area as well as info about hikes and outdoor activities. Huge 2-car garage, several hiking poles, large laundry room with detergents, dryer sheets provided. Master bedroom had same gorgeous view as back yard, large bathroom, huge walk-in closet w/ottoman in center, storage bins on shelves, large mirror, hangers with plenty of hanging space, barge bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash (in both baths), hair dryer and plenty of linens. There are plenty of extra blankets and pillows and every bedroom and the living room have ceiling fans with remotes. If I had any suggestion to make it would be to provide a tv in the additional bedroom that doesn’t have one. Not an issue for my older boys but when they were younger it would’ve been 😉. Phenomenal rental. Would come back...
Read moreThis place is AMAZING! I would give it 10 stars if I could! The views were amazing and the property was in the perfect location. We got into town earlier than expected and were able to check in early. Shellie and Torrey were awesome hosts and they responded immediately when we messaged them! Shellie greeted us when we arrived and offered us the opportunity to walk their beautiful Draft horses around the property. Unfortunately, we were unable to do so before we left. Although, we didn’t get to walk them, we did get to admire them in their pens during the evenings. This house is in the perfect location, as in it’s not too close to town, but also not too far from the parks and other attractions. When the weather permitted, we were able to stargaze from the rooftop balcony. We would also watch the sun sets. The house itself is the perfect size, and had everything you might need during your stay. It was very clean and honestly felt like home when we walked in the door. The bed was very comfortable! We slept so good during our stay! We very much enjoyed the fireplace and stunning views from the main living area. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you Shellie and Torrey for such an awesome...
