Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Kansas City

The food was ok but I wanted the buttermilk something something tenders, and the ladie at the window said we didnt have it so I ordered a 4 peice meal and told her make sure once peice is a breast ordered the rest of my food and we got the food and left got doen the street and realized they gave me a 4 piece CHICKEN TENDER meal. I was tired and ready to go home so I just said skip it. Moral to the story i understand stuff happens as far as supplies go; but for me as a costumer to adjust my order to something I didn't really want because I was already here and didn't feel like going anywhere else after not having what I really wanted and STILL get the adjusted order wrong.... come on... however I'm a sensible person, it was just a miscommunication which was my fault to a extent. But 2 in a row? Again I understand stuff happens but I just didnt walk away enjoying the experience. They did get my money and drink back fast tho....🤷🏿‍♂️...

Visited this establishment through drive through on Thursday the 23rd. Poor service. Had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Worker was talking to us on the intercom and someone else at the same time. Chicken tenders was dry and over cooked. Nothing was fresh. Had to ask for our sauces multiple times. Biscuits we're also dry and over cooked. Forgot the Coleslaw on my dad's order. Spent $50 here. Only thing was good was the drinks, mashed potatoes, and jalapeño bites. They were out of spicy tenders but gave me seasoning to put on them. Don't know why they couldn't cook my tenders and put the seasoning on since that was the seasoning they use anyway. Tenders tasted like they been under the heat lamp all day. Would not recommend coming to this location. Don't waste your money. Definitely won't be back. Would give 0...

If there was any lower rating I would be able to properly rate this location's services. I ordered two orders of the chicken fried steak, a three piece tender all with mashed potatoes and a large order of Okra. First off they forgot my okra, when I went back to get it they argued and gave me okra that was not at all fresh and argued about making fresh okra, furthermore the managaer argued about the order being messed up, blaming the fact it was messed up on it being his first day. Lastly the size of the order of Okra compared to the church's chicken in my home town, st. Joseph, MO. Absolutely the worst experience at any Church's chicken I've ever had.
