Best Mexican restaurant in the area! I live just 8 minutes away and always had to drive 25+ minutes to get to my favorite Mexican restaurants. I’m Colombian and always look for food that reminds me of home — especially soups. When I saw they had chicken soup, I decided to stop by and give it a try… and wow!

First of all, when I walked in, I couldn’t even focus on the hostess because my eyes were admiring the décor. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and I was impressed by how clean everything looked. Every time someone leaves, a staff member cleans the table, chairs and sweeps the floor — such attention to detail!

I ordered the chicken soup, and it was absolutely delicious. I didn’t expect much since the menu said it came with chicken pieces instead of a full cut, but it had more chicken than broth! So flavorful and comforting.

The service was excellent too. This place truly deserves my review — and your visit! I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on, and I’m happy I no longer have to drive all the way to KCK or Independence for great...

2025-07-11: Had lunch here today. The food was really good. I had lunch combo #2, a Chile Relleno and a beef taco. I think the meat in the taco could've been a bit spicier, but it was still very good. My wife had the lunch chicken quesadilla which she said was very good. The chips and salsa were excellent. Prices were reasonable. Plenty of parking, but no designated motorcycle parking. Did not use the rest rooms. Floors were not slippery in the dining area. I love the decoration. They've done a nice job with the place that used to be an IHOP. They've done an especially nice job with the furniture.

2025-10-03 I've eaten lunch here the last 2 days. The food has wowed me. It's delicious. The corn chips are perfect! Light and crispy without excessive salt. The queso was excellent. My chimichanga was delicious! I was surprised with how quickly it came out. Heck, even my tea was good. And for prices this reasonable? I'm surprised that the parking lot isn't full. You all should try this place if you haven't yet and...

They have a full menu with many Mexican dishes. Everyone should find something they would like. I had a combination plate with Chile relleno, enchilada with beans and rice. To start, they bring chips and salsa. We liked the salsa. Not too spicy hot... My Chile relleno was made with Poblano pepper, seeds removed and lightly breaded, filled with cheese. Excellent flavor and not too spicy hot. My enchilada was simple corn tortilla with ground beef and topped with cheese and enchilada sauce. Tasted good and not spicy hot. The rice and beans tasted very good and complimented the meal well. This is where the old Ihop used to be. The interior have been completely renovated with new comfortable seats and tables. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable when describing menu items.. Mexican music played the whole time which lended to the ambiance. I would recommend this restaurant...
