I was in Kansas City recently for a meeting at the Hilton President and thought how good a pizza sounded for dinner. I asked the front desk if they had any recommendations, and they both immediately said Imo’s. They even gave me the number and said it was less than 10 minutes away on Rainbow Blvd. I called and spoke to Roman and said I’ve never had Imo’s before and what are you known for. He gave me a couple of choices and I went with them both, and he was spot on. Thank you Roman for being so helpful and for the excellent choices too! WOWZA! If you haven’t had Imo’s Pizza before you’re missing out. It has amazing flavor and the combination of cheeses they use is fantastic and a game changer for sure. When I arrived to pick everything up, I was greeted by Jill the GM who was so warm and welcoming. I asked to speak to Roman to thank him for being awesome and not only did I meet him, but I met the other co=workers Daniel, Aylin and Alessandra as well. Everyone was so kind, and we shared a couple of laughs and off I went to enjoy my deliciousness. Thank you again Jill for having such amazing co-workers and an amazing product too! I used to live in St. Louis, MO and there were only a couple of good things about that city, and both are food related. The first is a little Chinese place that had the very BEST sticky chicken wings. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the place as it has been a little more than 2 decades since I have been there. The second, and most important was how freaking delicious Imo's pizza is. This I totally REMEMBER!😉 Imo's Pizza uses a cheese called Provel cheese. It makes the thin-crust pizza AMAZING! 😋 They also have a few sauce options; however, I have only tried the sweet and tangy. The 16-inch pizza is huge and covered in toppings edge to edge. The thin, crispy crust is the best thin-crust pizza that I have ever had. The pizza is cut into squares. The Imo's website makes ordering easy and even on a Saturday night, I didn't have to wait very long. I absolutely recommend Imo's Pizza if you love pizza and/or thin crust. 🍕 The cheese garlic bread is so good, but the most delicious thing was the CINNIMOS! ABSOFREAKINGLUTELY DELISH.
