Edit: I decided to try this place again and this time was the worst experience out of all of them. My friends sandwich was so thin he felt ripped off for the price we paid and my Reuben was so tough all the meat and fat was just going in between my teeth while I was chewing for more than a minute! I tried to swallow but it was so tough I almost choked! I've NEVER had a Reuben this bad in my life! Maybe get higher quality meat or don't serve expired meat that was DISGUSTING! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! If you want a better Reuben look literally anywhere else. Arby's is miles better and cheaper. Or if you want a really good one just go to 54th street!
Aug 23- I've been here twice and probably won't come back... Bad customer service, employees don't smile or act happy at all. They wear frowns and act like you're bothering them when you ask questions (I had 2 questions). Borderline rude.... Food wasn't great it tasted good but the meat I got on my Reuben was very tough. Was kinda gross just because of the meat being chewy and tough compared to every other Reuben I've had. Also the most expensive sandwich I've ever eaten besides a actual sub sandiwich... And as your side they give u a small bag of lays chips that costs like 50 cents at the grocery store. But they still charge about 10 dollars for a normal sized sandwich... Read moreI got to wait and watch two large families enter, order, and receive their food while I spent 40 minutes watching them slowly prepare my take-out order. All of our order had hot items. None of them were hot by the time they bagged everything up.
The au jus for my wife's sandwich was missing, the only reason she ordered that sandwich. My daughter's meatball sandwich was apparently the first thing they had bagged (~30 minutes before they were done and handed me my food) because by the time we got it home the marinara sauce had dried out and formed a hardened skin.
As soon as we realized all of this I called and spoke with a young lady and tried to resolve the au jus situation for my wife. The end result was a promise to receive a $10 gift card for the mishaps and my wife was just going to use some beef broth rather than wait another 15 minutes for me to run back and get it. I thought the issues with the meal were all identified and resolved.
The mushy, molded strawberry my 3 year old almost ate from her meal proved me wrong. At this point I called back, requested first that the manager go check the strawberries to ensure no other kids end up with moldy ones, then coordinated having my wife's sandwich and my daughter's nuggets meal removed. I ordered online as I always do just from a different location this time because there food is so good An they usually treat me well. Anyways I order at 640 wait an wait till 8 I call the store to check on my food the girl who answered the phone told me that her driver just left from over here an he has another orde coming this way so I have to wait for that food to be done as well even though my food is already done An sitting there . So I wait another hour goes by I call back to check on my food this time the girl tells me her driver came here twice An they both tried to get ahold of me but couldn't so he left An is back at the store now .
