I visited this location this past Saturday with my boyfriend. We were meeting up with a few friends there and it was our first time visiting. The bartenders were absolutely horrible. We arrived a little later than everyone else & it was a bit busy. After we set down our stuff, we tried to go to the bar to order drinks. The bar staff intentionally refused to even acknowledge us. Some individuals on the other side of the bar were even served twice and yet the staff couldn't even turn around to ask if we needed to be helped. Eventually someone from the back came out to help at the bar. He asked me if I needed anything; however, I deferred to the others in my party because they had been waiting over 20 min for service whereas I had only been up there for about 10 min. When the other person tried to ask for his check the bartender nastily snapped to the back of the house staff member that we could all just wait. The level of hostility and overall lack of basic customer service skills makes me never want to go back to this business. I had never been there before, hadn't interacted with the bartender before all this and yet I was treated as if I were garbage. I chose to return to the outside area to gather my belongings and leave. Bar tender took my drivers license as a way to hold my tab didnt give me it back when i tabbed out i forgot about it a little bit under a week went up to the bar tried to retrieve it they couldnt find it then told me the bar tender that worked that night MAY have it. as i do understand its my responsibility to remember my id but ut is a bar and i was drunk and just as well as its the bartenders job to give my whatever car i used to hold my tab back. they took my number i waited 4 hours for a call they never called i then called and got hung up on three times then called back by April who was then telling me i was calling too much because i again was concerned for my Drivers license whereabouts told me very rudely that they are busy and gave me LaLa the bartender who i guess worked that nights number and told me good luck getting a hold of her. as well as NO ONE would connect me to a manager. Got an update on my drivers license was I was told the bar gave it to a random man that said his girlfriend with the same name lost her id without verifying if it was her ID or her being there physically in person. to then find out my ID has been cut in pieces. Their pizza is to DIE FOR!!! I am not a big pizza fan at all, unless it's their meat lovers pizza with the provel cheese mixed with the regular pizza cheese!! I PROMISE you it will become you're new favorite pizza place! Plus their prices are comparable to your regular pizza chains just fresher ingredients & your money goes to a mom and pop KC local fav vs. the big boys with the millions so it's a win, win, WIN!! The staff is ALWAYS super friendly & they don't try to nickle & dime you for plates, parm, & peppers!! Honestly can't go wrong with ANYTHING on the menu but the pizza will change your life!!
