My coworkers said I wouldn't like this place when I told them I was going to give it a try. Two of them said that Chick-fil-A was better and the bench mark to compare to. Another felt that the tenders were the same as everyone else and he eats a lot of fast food. I was pleasantly surprised. If you don't want or like chicken, this place is not for you. Menu is very simple with the big decision being how many tenders do you want. I didn't need the drink but it was cheaper to get one of the four combo meals than to order individual pieces. The worst item was the Cole slaw: I just didn't care for it and have had a lot better at other chicken fast food places. The fries were okay. They reminded me of Culver's fries which are bad, but Cane's was a little better. I enjoyed the tenders. They were still warm after the 20 minutes it took to get home. The sauce was okay: kind of a mayo, thousand island, catsup sauce. I think this is the only sauce they offer, so you better like it or like chicken tenders plain. I wasn't too worried since every self respecting Kansas Cityian has a bottle of BBQ sauce ready if needed. Last is the Texas toast: WOW. Do yourself a favor and add an extra when you go. Unlike Kansas City where toast comes with every BBQ meal, but it is thought of as a garnish or a tool to help get more sauce and meat in your mouth, this toast is buttery and salty goodness, but surprisingly not toasted. I'm not a chain fast food kind of guy since the food is usually sub par and the people eating there depress me (no one ever seems happy), but I will be thinking about that Texas bread. Would it be odd just to stop by once in a while just to get a couple of...

I asked for a special request at the register when I ordered, cook to order Box combo but didn't get want I wanted or ordered. Kirchhoff, the rude guy with a beard who helped me at the register was very very rude, have an attitude big time. After he brought my meal to the table he argued with me that the fries were made fresh but I said no and you could tell from the color of the fries, basically the fries were put back in the fryer also the meal was ready within two minutes which it will take about 4-5 minutes to cook a fresh meal. So I got up to the front counter and asked for refund after the rude guy said don't accused me that the meal wasn't cook to order because I have seen them cooked it fresh in the back. The rude guy, went back to the kitchen and made a better looking fresh meal which I didn't aske for because I wanted a refund and leave. By the way, the second meal looked million time better that the first one but the rude guys kept asked me do you want it or no with an attitude and I said no because you're very rude and he said get out of my store. I will still be a fan of Raising Cane's but not this location. Chick-fil -A will always be my number one spot after today's incident with a very rude and unprofessional Raising Cane's employee. I took a picture of the meal and you don't have to a genius to tell if the meal was cooked made to order. If I were the owner of this store I will review the video right away and see how they...

If I could give a zero I would, I am never eating here again. It was Saturday at 6:30 every table in the restaurant was dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting pee all over toilets toilet paper on the floor. Went and said something to one of the people up front about the lobby being dirty, I went to use the ketchup and there was a mess I was thinking that was from the customers which it was because the ketchup was empty and all it was squirting out was air and ketchup which got all over my freaking t-shirt which really pissed me off. They send some kid out he literally wipes one table down cleans up the ketchup mess, doesn't check the ketchup to refill it or clean up anything over there. He goes against the trash can empties one trash can pushes it to the back, and immediately comes out and starts bagging people's food there's no way he had time to wash his hands before he started touching the to-go containers that's disgusting in itself, and then he goes to the bathroom and tend to one he didn't wash his hands if you can't wash his hands after he touches...

So I have never had cane's before... but my niece loves cane's so we came by. The service was fine, no issues. It was pretty busy for eating in, so hard for them to keep tables clean, no biggie. 1st issue. No ranch?! Ohk, so people love cane's sauce, it's "your added staple", fine.. but get ranch as a condiment for those who aren't really into honey mustard or a bbq flavored "sauce". As for the fries. Pretty basic. No big ta da or ta do. They were basically Fries I make at home from a bag and put in the oven. As for the chicken... smh... sure, probably made to orderish, but that chicken was so hot. My guess is it's boiled (almost dry had it not been boiled) then fried. I don't understand the rave whatsoever. But if you like it, well, drink the tea if you like it, not my cup of tea and will never go to this chain anywhere ever again.

The food was absolutely delicious and speedy in the kitchen. My issue is with how I felt my order was being rushed and there was no one else in line at the time. Then going to find a place to sit there were no clean tables. I had to wipe our table down myself. The floor is super dirty. Crumbs and food all over even a receipt. I went to ask for a to go box and I almost fell because the floor had sauce or something on it that I didn’t see. I just recommend keeping your lobby clean. Especially the tables. No one wants to sit at a dirty table where someone else just ate their food before we do.

Food was delicious but they are inconsistent with the cooking, depending on the time of day and how busy they are. Sometimes the chicken is cooked properly, other times the breading is not cooked all the way and falling off the chicken. Not sure if that is due to the mixture, the binder or just coming out of the fryer a little too early??? The chicken itself has ALWAYS been cooked properly, just the breading; which make for an inconsistent experience at this location. The staff are always friendly and helpful, have yet to meet anyone that was rude or nasty.
