Last winter I bought a package of 3 tickets to home games for the season, but due to the pandemic, was only able to attend one match before all sports were shut down. The ticketing staff have been so helpful, friendly, and on top of the situation in terms of keeping me up to date with personal calls and emails. (And I never even complained or called to ask what would happen to my tickets, this is all them.) Heather and Brad particularly have been super friendly, kind, informative, basically any positive word you can think of. Game v. LA Galaxy last night. We are vacationing from Florida and collect pins of places we have been. None of the busy retail spots in the stadium has them but when I mentioned to the 4th employee I spoke with, she stopped and radioed to someone to ask, they said they were in inventory elsewhere so no and she asked if he could get them out for visitors from Florida...he said sure. We went for our seats and she called me when she received them and completed the purchase.
