Every time I come here it’s always such a frustrating experience. I always put in a mobile order about 15 minutes before I arrive, so I can just walk in and walk out with my drink. But for some reason this location holds the mobile order drinks on a shelf behind the counter, unlike other locations where they arrange them on the counter so customers can just look for their beverage and get it themselves. I get why some locations opt for holding the drinks, and honestly it wouldn’t be so terrible if they actually paid attention to mobile order customers when they arrived and asked for their drink. Even when there are SIX people behind the counter, not one of them is dedicated to passing out mobile orders when those customers arrive. I’ve had to repeat my name several times just to get someone’s attention, and today I had to go to the main register to look like I was ordering just so an employee would acknowledge that I was even standing there asking for something. I said “My drink is sitting there behind the counter — I can see it, with my name on it — but I can’t get anyone to hand it to me.” It’s such a consistently frustrating experience in a chaotic atmosphere that most of the time I opt to drive all the way to Shawnee where they leave the beverages on the counter, say hello when you walk in, and the place is calm...
Read moreAsked for an Elphaba Cold Brew got a peppermint mocha cold brew. I don't like mocha and was really hoping that the people working at Starbucks knew what the promotional drink was and what it had in it. Also ordered a spinach feta wrap because they were out of almost all of the sandwiches I usually get, there was almost no cheese or spinach and mostly egg whites which, if I had known previously would have made it at home because it was absolutely terrible. Imagine an unseasoned egg white wrapped in a multi grain wrap. I have acidic burps now and feel like I'm going to throw up. On top of that, the person at the window was looking at how much I was going to tip them, making it feel like I had to tip them even though they got my coffee order completely wrong. I don't have a lot of money to spend in my budget so coming to a place like Starbucks for $20 worth of food and expecting quality should be a given. I would have just made everything at my house and saved much more money than what this food was worth. On top of that I didn't even get a straw for my crc frapp. From one barista to another, do a better job, KNOW what's in your drinks, if you don't know ASK! It's your job, people are paying you for what they want. For anyone who's going to this Starbucks location go somewhere else, it sucks. Terrible experience and...
Read moreIt's Starbucks. Do I need to say to more? It is an especially cozy and intimate environment. Not super quiet, but noisy to the point of irritation. Except during the "rush hour" of course.
The thing that makes Starbucks such an easy choice is accessibility and convenience. I'm able to order, pay, and earn rewards while doing so all from the comfort of my bed. They also have such a great variety of drinks to choose from, something that I've been hesitant to explore but over the past year have really been pleased that I have.
The customer service is great. They know my name. First let me answer, yes, I do go way to often. But let me also point out how impressive that is because I'm certain that hundreds of people are walking through their store, and they memorized my name after only a month and a half.
The one thing I will note that isn't all that great, us that the ordering line set up is a little awkward at first. It's separate by a single beam with no clear direction of flow.
Other than that I recommend that everyone gets Starbucks, experiment with all of the drinks and food, and sign up for rewards program to earn free things, which is...
