HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
Was in the check out line and I had $296 worth of goods. I was having a shopping day with my mom who i dont get to see that often. The cashier. Older tall lady was extremely rude, kept asking me if I wanted a Tjmax credit card. I kept telling her No several times but she still kept asking while ringing up my goods. She was not friendly at all! So I then proceeded to tell her I have a TJMAX credit card,. But it just gets worse my card I was using ended up getting lock and I got a notification that my card issure was confirming it was me that was making the charge. The Cashier then proceeded that I would have to get back in line instead of rushing me to get my card back unlocked so I can finish the purchase. So I got my card unlocked and the grumpy rude lady told me I would have to get back in line and should would re-ring everything up. I WAS FLOORED! She couldn't give me a few minutes. Read moreT.J. Maxx has been a favorite retailer of mines for at least three decades. I always find quality clothing, household items, and designer fragrances. I love how they always appear to stock unique items. I was here recently, browsing, with my daughter. We were both impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the store. We were able to browse for specific items and locate prices easily.
My daughter purchased a beautiful 4-piece white queen comforter for less than $45.00. My early Mother's Day present. It is very soft, fluffy and well made! There was a long line when we approached the register. However, they have point-of-sale down to a science! We moved through that line in under 7 minutes! I continue to find great deals at T. J. Read moreSo disappointed at this TJMaxx, when in for couple of things there was only one cashier open, it looked like they were having an issue with the customer at the register witch I can understand, the part that I don't understand is why they didn't acknowledge the other people in line, why they didn't call someone to open another register. I put my things down and walk to the cashier and ask them if they realize that the line is getting big, no one acknowledge my presence, so I left, i love TJMAXX and I shop at the stores about 2 to 3 times a month, but I will not go back to this particular store.
