I was in Rally House at Legends in KCK a few days ago. The level of service was disappointing. I had a question and waited near the checkout counter where 3 employees were stationed. There was 1 customer conducting business and one employee helping that person. That left 2 employees there, neither of whom would even look at me, let alone ask if they could help. The same person who was helping the other customer ended up answering my question after the customer was finished. The other 2 who were there did nothing at all to help. All I had was a simple question.
Inside the store it’s a crowded mess. There is so much inventory that the flow through the store is impossible if another customer heads through the same area. For the prices that Rally House charges, which is horrific, I would expect a better level of service and a much less cumbersome environment. Were it not for the lack of getting some things for family who are not in the KC area, I’m disappointed in myself for putting up with it and spending the amount of money I did, which was nearly $400. Read moreThis place discriminates & stereotypes certain people that come into this store. I've been to this location on more than one occasion and every time I visit I leave with a bad experience. Each time I visited this location I was never greeted by an employee. Was watched by an employee as I was looking around. Everywhere I went they went but never approached me. I feel as though if you are being watched and feel that way at a business it's best to spend your money elsewhere. I've bought a jersey there some years back and didn't have that problem. I'm the type of person who will give the benefit of the doubt but after this last visit on 2/2/24, I'll never be back there again. Just lost a customer. And as usual, you'll get a generic response from the owner/ manager apologizing for this experience but won't do anything to try to compensate for the inconvenience or get better employees with customer service skills and people skills. Not just trained to watch people/ stereotype them because of the color of their...
Read moreYou have lots of goodies as you always do however your help could use some training.. I stood and listened to two salespeople talk about personal things before I finally interrupted and asked for help..I was asking about Current soccer shirts and sweatshirts for my granddaughters ...She gave me a flip of her finger to the correct direction, and I looked at your offerings..then I called her over to ask about sizes and colors... she says this is all we have... She also did not have a clue about children sizes... She had no idea what you actually had...or if you had any more shirts in the back room azure selection is rather limited.
I came prepared to buy seven shirts fas I have several grandchildren.. I ended up with two and told my husband I'll just order online...
I was very disappointed...
I must also mention it was a Wednesday night and not very many people in...
