Wingstop — Restaurant in Kansas City

0 stars is what they deserve. Service terrible, manager, terrible, capabilities terrible. I ordered food online for pickup. Got there to get the food, it was a fairly large order.I told them I had a pickup order and they gave it to me. I needed to order another chicken strip combo I had forgotten. While I waited for the tenders, I am glad I checked my pickup order because it was wrong. It was missing several items and they made all my wings classic when half were supposed to be boneless. After they gave me the missing items they attempted to remake the wings that should be boneless. They came out with them 5 minutes later and they were the wrong flavors. They didn’t seem to read the order at all. They never said sorry for the inconvenience, never offered any type of discount. I was there 45 minutes after I initially got there, waiting for them to correct their mistakes and give me my 5 strip combo which they kept saying they were bagging. All they could say to me is”You”re. Good” I’m sorry, I actually was not good. It was my first experience with wingstop and it will absolutely be my last. Y’all should be ashamed. My food was cold by the time I got home, the service was ridiculous and the manager was a joke. Avoid this place...

I had my first experience at this Wingstop location, and I have to say, I'm genuinely confused by all the negative reviews I've seen. My visit was excellent from start to finish. Yes, there was a bit of a wait for the food, but it was completely worth it. The wings were piping hot and incredibly fresh, which tells me they're not letting anything sit around under a heat lamp. They're making it to order, and that's exactly what I'm looking for when I go out for wings. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the wait even less of an issue. It was nice to see that they had a few tables for dining in. While the prices might be a little higher than some other places, the quality of the food more than makes up for it. I've had wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, and I can confidently say that Wingstop's sauces and chicken are on a completely different level. I tried the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan, and both were far superior to anything I've tasted at Buffalo Wild Wings. The flavors were bold and well-balanced. It's great to have a new go-to wing spot in the area. I'll definitely be returning, and it's a huge bonus that they...

Man, really disappointing for this being a new location. Order took 45 minutes, mind you they said my order was 3rd up. I watched them serve fries from the same bowl for 20 minutes. Gross, watched one of the girls turn down walk in traffic, saying they were only taking online orders, then another lady walks in 5 minutes later and they take her walk in order. When I finally got my food, I told them it was 15 minutes past it’s pick up time, she grabbed my receipt and said oh, and walked away. What was that?
