POOR EXPERIENCE: First: I asked for my hash brown order to be made fresh. I’ve become accustomed to checking my food before leaving because I’ve left different franchises several times with food not even warm enough to enjoy. The food on this visit was already cool enough to hold so I already know it wasn’t made to order. Second: the candor and friendliness of your entire drive through staff including management leaves much to desired. The first cashier didn’t say a word to me, just stood there, so I didn’t know if he was ready, waiting on me, or just expecting me to hand him my payment without confirming my order and total first. I hand him my American Express anyways and I get my receipt back without a single word. I said thank you loudly enough to convey that he should probably be speaking too. He just gave me a thumbs up which only made me wonder if something was wrong with him; maybe his attitude is bad, morale is low, or if it was something else. The person at the 2nd window was not that much better; while she did speak while handing me my order, she was not very polite when I brought up my food temperature issue, but she took it upon herself to bring a manager to resolve the issue for me immediately, which I appreciate. The MANAGER had by far the WORST attitude of the entire staff. He was not afraid to talk down to me and tell me how fresh the food allegedly was before it was served and dismissed me. He just closed the window, walked away, and left me sitting out there like an idiot while trying to process what just happened. And now I am livid. I am less concerned now with the food and more concerned with the audacity of your manager. This is an unacceptable way to treat your patrons!!! I will have you know that I chose to drive 20 minutes out of my route to make this stop (40 minutes round trip), and to be treated like this is entirely reprehensible. I could’ve gone anywhere else. So what on Earth gives your employees the right to treat your customers like this? Am I not paying for my requests? With my time also just to patronize your establishment? I will NEVER come back to this location. I am so furious with...
Read moreI ordered 2 sandwiches and a large fries. When I got the fries, they were cold so I asked an employee if she could exchange the fries for new fresh ones. The lady took the fries out of my hand and threw them away while she rolled her eyes. She did but when I asked for a sauce, she immediately a hesitated and told me no. I asked her how come? She told me it's the policy and will have to charge you for it. I just wanted one sauce, a ranch. I didn't ask her for her blood or her organ yet she was hesitant. She told me to either pay for it or get out because there was another customer behind me looking at what to order. I told her I don't want to pay for it and asking why she was so pissed off and what is her problem. She proceeded to ignore me and asked the other customer what he would like to order when she wasn't finished with me. I told her to hold on, am I not a customer? Again ignoring me while talking with the other customer. I was confused about her actions and told her that we're not finished and she yelled at me "if you do not want to buy the damn sauce, if not leave the restaurant!" I didn't want to further involve myself and raising a scene at the McDonald's like she was doing. So I left because it was too much to handle and told her that she should be ashamed for arguing with a minor ,14 years old, for a ranch cup. I will never be coming back to that McDonald's again unless she is gone or apologizes for...

I was burned by coffee when the McDonald's employee handed my coffee through the drive-thru the manager was right there and told the young girl oh didn't put it on all the way. She apologized and fixed the lid. Because the employee didn't secure the lid, my hand and arm were burned badly. I had to go around park with my kids in the car. I got out asked for the same manager, she was nice and gave napkins, and helped administer burn ointment and bandage. I filled out a hand written incident report and was told someone would contact me. After a week, no one reached out so I had google to find some sort of contact for McDonald's headquarters. It is hard to find and isn't on the website out right. I called "1800 big mac" an agent took my report over the phone. About a 1 week later, I get an email from a man from support who wrote that someone from the "claims" department would contact me. It has been almost a month without any from McDonalds contacting me. I called the support contact and he asked if "I answer all my phone calls?" I replied, yes of course. No one has contacted me about my injury. I should call a lawyer. McDonalds was reckless and is...
