Pappa Geno's Steak & Cheese — Restaurant in Katy

I have eaten at every single location that has been open in Houston. This is bar far the worst experience that I've had at Papa Geno's. I've visited this location a few times because I was hoping that maybe I just had a bad experience the first time. I always order the number 2. The 3 times I've come here, it's basically been an onion sandwich with almost no meat. I've just thrown them away after a couple bites. When I go to the Ella location I have a completely different experience. There is plenty of meat, the food taste fresh, the staff is pleasant. Go to the old location trust me. Not only are all the items priced several dollars more but when I bit into my #1 aka the easiest philly to make the very first bite was just bread and a giant chunk of raw onion. I looked inside to find all the onions where raw chunks. And there was only a small area with the other ingredients. This was a raw onion sandwich with a Philly center. I was like nah man so I got back out of my car to have it remade which is rare for me and they had closed.
