This review is for Maria B. specifically. This is the first time I’ve been to this particular Arby’s and was treated with amazing customer service and respect. I find my self stopping at this location frequently for some reason and to be honest- I have no idea why- every single time I’ve been there previously- the staff is rude as all hell. They act like they’re put out when I ask for them then to give me the sauces that they forgot to include. They’re rude, they have little to no social skills and the customer service NONE EXISTENT! They need to remember that this is their job and learn to take pride in it- they are not doing people a favor by doing their job, someone should make them aware of that fact because it seems as though they think they’re above being their. SO- all that aside.. Let’s get back to Maria… First of all, her accent- adorable! Secondly, she had such a caring and gentle disposition and a great attitude; she was very courteous and genuinely friendly. My husband and I were waiting on fresh potato cakes and had forgotten to ask for sauce, Maria came out and was so gracious about running back in to grab us some ketchup. I could go on for days about how nice it was to go there and not have some teenager practically throw our food out the window as soon as we pulled up but I’ll just leave you with this- You need to hire more Maria’s and less entitled teenagers and women who are clearly unhappy with their jobs. She deserves a raise for sure and maybe you should consider having her train/manage the other employee because she’s a...

That used to be their slogan. Saying they had the meats. Well, this time they have succumbed to the cut backs and price increases like most other places.
We were wondering where our meal went before we took our first bite. I now consider this very overpriced for the meager amount of food you get.
We ordered a double beef that seemed like a wimpy single.
And the French dip... well, it used to be cut in half to make it easier to manage and dip. Now, it is so small they couldn't cut it in half or there wouldn't be anything to hold.
The cherry turn overs used to fill the packaging and have filling spilling out of the pastry. Not anymore. Seriously smaller than expected, based on what they used to serve.
I regret not taking pictures before hand but we were too hungry.
This used to be my sons favorite go to place, but after our meal today he left hungry and so unsatisfied that he told me he doesn't want to come back. And probably not to any Arby's.
We also got a medium fry and a large fry, proving to ourselves that they get the same amount. Not worth the upgraded size.
The au jus was not as salty as it has been, seemed watered down but better than the over salty version.
The service was great and the atmosphere was fine, but it didn't make up for the lack of food...

But my experience here really should be six stars. I had earbuds in when I pulled up to pay. The over 200 lb male employee was handing me my change through the drive-up window. He paused, gave amazing eye contact, leaned in and in earnest concern asked me; "Are you okay?" I said; "Yes, I'm just talking on the phone with a friend."
I pulled to the first parking space to eat my roast beef sandwich.
The person at the other end of my phone line commented asking me if what he heard was correct. "Did that employee just asked me if I was okay?" We both shared in conversation, what beautiful human to encounter...one that cares, notices and inquires.
My tears were tears of joy but the employee had no way of knowing that.
AWESOME. I only wish I had his name to post here.
Location was the Layton exit on the northeast side of the exit road. I frequent Arby's and also went to the one in Centerville in the last few days but I have not been to the one in Kaysville for...
