I do not live in Kaysville, but I came visiting for the 4th of July. I went to the drive through and ordered a bean and cheese burrito. When I got home, I realized they gave me an additional burrito I did not order and they charged me for it. I called them, and when they finally answered, they said I would need to come back in so they could give me cash, even though I paid with a card. I asked if they could do it over the phone, since I don’t live near there and I could not make it back. They then hung up on me. I tried to call back, and they did not pick up. I called back an hour later and someone did, and they said to call back the next day when the manager was there, because they were the only ones who could do refunds. I called the next day and asked for the manager. They handed the phone to someone(who I assumed would be the manager), and he said I had to come in to get a refund. I asked if they could do it over the phone with a card number, and he said only a manager could do that?? I asked to speak to the manager, and he said they don’t have one, which seems convenient since the manager is the only one who can give me my money back. They said they could taken my number down so the boss could call me when they came in, I said that was ok. After that, he said that they actually could not do that either. I was upset, so they said if I ever come by again they will give me a free burrito, but after this experience I will never go to that...
Read moreI am appalled, disappointed, and digusted. Fish tacos were burned, the horchada was very watered down, and the woman who took my order was extremely rude. As soon as I pulled up to the window, I was not greeted, but more or less asked what I wanted. I let it slide because people have bad days, and it's not that big of a deal. The attitude continued as soon as I pulled forward to pay. What was very appalling is the fact that I asked for a new drink because the horchada tasted like sugar water. The ladyani who took my order threw more attitude and preceeded to tell me all they have is Pepsi (not Pepsi products, just Pepsi), which I know isn't true because I've eaten betos before. I asked for a lemonade instead, and she muttered, "seriously??? Ok". It isn't like I disrespected her, I wasnt rude, and I sure didn't argue wirh her. I have never received such horrible service for horrible food. Complete waste of money. Don't go here unless you like dealing with attitude and crappy food. I couldn't even finish my food, so, you're welcome for the donation, betos...
Read moredelicious food, terrible customer service. the breakfast burrito is superb, i’m a picky eater and this burrito satisfies all my taste buds. i was pleasantly surprised to find that the french fries comes in a huge portion and are only amount three dollars while still being quite tasty. However every single time I’ve been there I’ve had a bad experience with the staff. I always go in through the drive-in, they do not have good communication skills. which is important to have in general while working but especially in a drive in because i have no other ques beside them speaking to me. i’ve had a few frustrating experiences where i attempted multiple times to explain to them a change on my order. they seemed confused on something as simple as no cheese in the burrito. and always end up giving me cheese after so much attempted clarification. not a huge deal, just frustrating not being able to communicate with the employees. i’m not sure if it’s a language barrier or if they just need more training on how to treat customers but other than that great...
