I visited this McDonaldâs at 2:35am today (the 19th) and I was immensely upset by my experience. My friend and I pulled up to the drive thru and waited several minutes for service, meanwhile another car full of people came and left after not being served. I pulled around to the window to check the hours and see that it says 24 hours (also the drive through window was open so we were convinced they werenât closed) and inside we see three teen boys and one teen girl on top of the playland play structure. This made us think maybe the drive thru is closed but the inside is open, we go inside to see that the gate is down so we are very confused until the teens come out and we realize they are employees (two of the boys might have not been employees just friends they invited). The girl (pink hair) comes up to us and tells us she canât serve us because of a system update. We ask her how long it would take and without checking anything she says at least 30 minutes (at this point I am starving and nothing else is open) so my friend and I say that weâll wait. She went back and told the other kids and they immediately left the play area and the male employee immediately started working and served two vehicles that were waiting in the drive thru. We waited at the gate for any information but no employee came back to tell us they were ready for our order, so we left to go back through the drive thru and they serve us the oldest driest chicken nuggets I have ever had. They were rock hard and had obviously been under a warming lamp for over an hour. The girl employee was incredibly rude and seemed to be trying to get rid of us with the fake update story (it was fake because they started Serving the drive thru as soon as we said we werenât leaving) I can only imagine how many customers she has been turning away and how much money she has been losing this establishment while climbing the play structure with her friends. If I was her manager I would fire her. I was intensely disappointed in the behavior of the employees and the quality of the food...
   Read moreThey have free WiFi but not ONE SINGLE OUTLET to plug in a phone, tablet... That's just crazy. Took away 2 stars for that. One more star, bc I received no help AT ALL from some young looking and acting employees, before, during and after the 1st am breakfast shift... who didn't care to offer me a solution or even bother finding a superior for their help. I WILL SAY though, the graveyard employees have always been extremely helpful and kind. They brewed fresh coffee for me, at 3am, knowing the full pot was way past it's prime. I have one more important detail- the tea needs to be dumped every night. It's always horrible. I was a restaurant manager in the south before I moved here, so I recognize the taste of fresh vs non fresh tea. I also know that the health code in ga required dumping all tea and sanitizing the tea urns and soft drink nozzles (and stations) NIGHTLY. It's off-putting to think about wether or not the soft drink stations are ever cleaned.... I could tell that the sweet tea I tasted was a few days old, at least. Which is something you can fix by making sure all the employees are up to date on company standards.. and health code. Even as a 24hour establishment, the staff can find 15 minutes to clean the urns and change out the nozzles for the soft...
   Read moreIt was HORRIBLE when we showed up. First of all, we waited 10 mins behind a vehicle who was ordering, then waited another 10 mins just to order but the other lane to order had 3 cars go through during our wait. We were a little frustrated but thought we would patiently wait. Then it took close to 15 mins to get to the pay window, by this time I really wanted to leave and go to the next Mcdonalds down the road. Eventually we paid and another 5-8 mins goes by to get our food. Once we got our food, the guy at the window walks away after indicating that that was all our food, we pulled away from the window and I had an instinct to check the bag. We found we were missing our fries and sauces for the chicken nugget (we got the $15 bundle). So we go back in line and waited another 15-20 mins to only get the COLD fries that was sitting BEHIND the guy at the window where he had forgotten to give it to us, but my husband was too pressured to get out of the lane and let other patiently waited cars go through. So that was WAY TOO LONG FOR "FAST FOOD" to only be given cold fries and nuggets with no sauce.
Definitely unsatisfied and not coming back here again. The wait was too long for cold fries that was sitting behind the guy next...
