If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. The food here is good but the customer service and accuracy is the worst I've ever come across. My family recently ordered food with them through the drive-through. When they got home they found that they had received the wrong order valued much less than what they paid for. We were never given a receipt. When I called and spoke to Ethan at the restaurant, he was very nice and verified they would replace the order for us. We came in the next day and the Assistant manager Jaime refused to replace anything. Stated that despite what Ethan has said, she could not correct the order and replace it as we were told by Ethan. I thanked her and left. I then called Wendy's Customer Service line and lodged a complaint. The customer service agent was very kind and documented all the information about the wrong order and stated the District Manager would call us back as soon as he could. After a week I called back and spoke to a customer service agent as well as the District Manage who was a very abrasive and confrontational man. He refused to replace our food as we had bee told they would. He would only replace a small portion of the food we has ordered. I explained this was not what we ordered, that we only wanted to replace what we paid for. He claimed they had no record of our order and refused to help us further. I have frequented this location much in the past but I will no longer go to this location. They have good food but the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If they make any mistakes on your order, do NOT expect them to be corrected as they will not do so. And I advise you to ALWAYS demand a receipt from them so you can prove their mistake, because if they do not give you a receipt then they will not do anything for you. I tried to use a valid coupon with the App 2 for 1, right address for the location, not expired, etc. the girl helping me today (December 20) at around noon was clueless on how to do apply the coupon and was reluctant to ask someone else for help. She finally asked someone, that person looked for a second, and said something like, “those aren’t the right numbers” then walked away. Both of them looked at me like I was trying to steal something, eye rolling, etc. I said, “seriously, that’s it? That’s great customer service.” And one of them fired back with some snarky remark, and I said “excuse me?”, to which she wouldn’t respond, so I left. I usually don’t write reviews, but this is the second time I’ve been treated poorly at this location, I’m a Kaysville resident, and I won’t go back.
