We just had the craziest experience ever here. We ordered a bunch of food from the drive thru... We order from the drive through frequently here. When I go through a drive thru, I am not expecting stellar customer service, or to make new friends. I expect to order my food, hopefully the person taking my order gets it right, hopefully the person bagging my order gets it right...and you hand me my food. If the window person is smiling, or says 'thank you' that's a nice bonus. On this occasion, when we got to the window to pick up our food a girl with very short hair handed us our food. My wife quickly checked the contents and realized we were missing an item. As she started to tell the gal...the gal said 'would you like any sauces?' My wife said 'yes, but we are missing and item.' The employee raised her voice, and in an extremely rude and disrespectful tone said 'I DIDN'T ASK YOU IF YOURR ORDER WAS COMPLETE..I ASKED YOU IF YOU WANTED ANY SAUCES!' We just sat there in disbelief, my wife was speechless. I, however responded with 'Excuse me..but as a customer shouldn't we be able to let you know that our order is incomplete?' To this she slammed the window shut and stormed off. No sauces, no missing item. Fortunately a gal a bit older came to the window...apologized, and got the missing item. I realize that covid has made it nearly impossible to recruit decent workers...but FFS, this gal had no business dealing with the public, fellow employees or anyone. If any business is so desperate that you have to employ nasty, bitter, and corrosive employees like her...honestly, you should consider closing the doors...
Read moreI give the food there a thumbs up, the order was correct, food was hot and fresh despite having to wait. I would have given them 5 stars but here's the problem the manager. IFyou could call her that. In my opinion she was the rudest individual I have EVER encountered in my 48 years of living and eating out! I asked for extra sauce but before I finished she started walking off, my husband asked if they had any other sauce which she cut him off and said NO, he asked for ranch and she rolled her eyes at him and walked off again dismissing us. Had she of slowed down just a moment she could have saved herself the extra trip. Her mannerisms were just not professional AND when dealing with customers in front of her employees she sets the tone in how customers are treated. If I was a mystery shopper she would of ruined it for everyone working. I didn't find the receipt, so I returned to ask for one which she responded "it was attached to the bag!" She did get me one and smart mouthed back to me while handing it to me that "Now you have 2" in front of other customers. She was not pleasant at all and this truly was the worst service because of how she made us feel. My husband who is usually nonchalant was even taken back by how flat out rude she was!!! There just was not any reason for her to treat us the way she did. We will NEVER return to that Arby's again. Doesn't matter how good the food is if they treat you...
Read moreI went to Arby’s on January 5th, 2021 at around 4:30 PM and the service was good! The food was good and delicious! I’ve never had any food poisoning yet from this place and I go there a lot, which means they are doing great of handling food! The Clay County mask mandate is always there and they always follow the mandate rules! I forgot to say “Plain” on my chicken sandwich, so we went back to the drive-thru and the wait wasn’t too long! Once we arrived to the window, I talked to the person at the window about the plain chicken sandwich and they had to remake it without anything on it! When I got it, it was plain! And they apologized about the chicken sandwich, which is still professional! Since I didn’t say “Plain”, the star rating does not affect, it will stay at a 5 star! They always wear masks while working and I like that and I think they wash hands after customer interaction which is good! If you are concerned about COVID, you are still safe from the workers because they always wear masks! Here a pro tip! Make sure you check your receipt before leaving because it could be a wrong order. If you see a wrong order on your receipt, go back to the drive-thru and go to the window about your mistake you just saw on your receipt! I’d still recommend going to Arby’s! Since I didn’t say “Plain”, I’d still say a 10/10 would recommend go to Arby’s and here are the photos...
