(Update: your response literally blamed me for not calling ahead in time when the first sentence in my complaint says I called over a month ago to get details and was told its first come first serve-she specifically said you guys do not reserve space. Maybe there is a training issue, no one can seem to provide a straight answer or correct details. But to blame the customer is uncalled for especially when i made an effort to call and get all my ducks in a row beforehand.) I called over a month before a surprise party to get details. They wouldn't answer the phone that day. I was gunna waste gas to drive up there but decided to try calling once more and they said seating is first come first serve which is understandable. I call the day of the party to see if I can fill up balloons while waiting on party guests to which he responded was fine as long as I was outside. After the manager said that comment he immediately got rude and said "im not letting 2 people reserve 40 seats". well first off, I didn't say 40 people and secondly I was just asking about balloons while your the one changing the subject and getting rude. People start showing up and not a single employee greets us or a waitress to get drinks and possibly food. About 30 mins go by and finally a waitress gets one of our 5 tables. By the time the guest of honor shows up, 4 out of 5 tables have been helped while our entire table had to go to the bar to get service. Not to mention our table was the only one with children which most people would say you should take care of first. Time goes by, I have to hunt the waitress down to get food for us. She comes over and takes our order. The food comes out and the drink I ordered is no where to be found. About 20-30 mins go by with an empty drink and I say something to another waitress and she responds rudely. A family friend goes up to the bar to get me a drink and he came right back with it while im still waiting on the one I ordered a long time ago. Most everyone is done eating at this point so its time to get the cake cut. The waitress who gave the rude comment earlier comes over and informs us there's a $25 cake cutting fee since now since our party won't order desert. Not only did I call more then a month before and asked birthday questions, I also called the day of and no one mentions anything about this ridiculous fee. Instead, yall wait until we start to cut the cake to say something. There's not even anything on your website that says you have that fee. So while we were excited about the new patio and good food, you ruined the experience with attitude, rudeness, and unknown fees. Chances are we won't be back, I cant stand doing business with people that rude. I bring you 30-35 people and you basically spat in our faces. Read moreWe called ahead for a group of 8, half being kids, but were placed at a high top table. We ordered quickly, one item being a drink that was forgotten at the bar for 30 minutes. Our food arrived quite a while later with half the plates being wrong (veg on kid burgers after requesting none, wrong salad dressing, "grilled cheese" being sweaty warmish cheese over meat and we believe mayo in place of horseradish sauce due to a total lack of kick) and warm at best. We mentioned a couple of mistakes, but the waitress seemed confused and overwhelmed, so we just did our best to remedy it ourselves and make due. The two pasta dishes we ordered were the two dishes we were happy with. Luckily, the guest we were celebrating ordered one of those.

They have a trivia night and the person running it was on the microphone that was WAY TOO LOUD, and thought he was being entertaining but it was so annoying. Two of us ordered the ribey, one medium rare and one medium. Both were over cooked. The sides were cold. She asked if we wanted the white gravy on our potatoes, not something you normally have with a bleeding steak but since it was overcooked it might have helped. The cocktails were weak so I ordered a double bourbon, neat and she brought out what appeared to be an ounce and a half. A double should have been 4 ounces.
