Dunkin' — Restaurant in Kearney

I ordered through the app the night before and set the pick-up time for 11:15 the next morning. I double checked that I had the correct location and time in the app. Upon arrival at the pick-up time, we were told that the order had not been placed, even though it showed in the app that the order was being prepared. The workers first tried to blame it on us having put in the incorrect location, but this was not the case. The workers, who seriously lack any social skills, finally prepared the order after being confronted with a screenshot from the app, without looking again in their system to see if the order had ever appeared. They left things off of the order, and when asked to provide the rest of the items, they asked us to stop being hostile and told us to calm down. The only hostility in the place was coming from the workers, who apparently believe they have better things to be doing. Then, after getting the entirety of the order, the quality of the food was very poor. The coffee tasted very bitter, and there were hard spots in the cheese on the wake-up wraps (see picture). Overall, this was a horrible experience, and we won’t be returning. Just went through the drive-thru this morning.they've done away with their breakfast bowls which was a little disappointing I got a lie. But I asked for a medium mocha coffee and the gentleman working behind the counter handed it off to me with no napkins The whole entire cup covered in gooey mocha all over the outside of my coffee cup. if I wanted that kind of treatment I would have went to McDonald's for coffee. then I get down the road and my orders completely wrong. I can't change anything cuz I'm on my way to work. called the store to let them know that I'm pretty sure if my order was completely wrong that somebody else in that line probably has my order so there's two customers that will have the wrong order this morning. Nobody answered the phone twice for me to let them know the situation. Not impressed this morning when you're in your work clothes you really don't want a handful of nasty gross mocha syrup put in your hand and then you have to ask her napkins so you can clean off your cup and your hand and everything else. plus eat no breakfast because there's no way I'm eating what was...

According to the other reviews, I am not the only one who has had this kind of experience with this location. This is a Dunkin' Donuts. Now, I understand why they are trying to rebrand as simply just "Dunkin", because they do not want to sell Donuts. Or at least that is what this location has lead me to believe. Every time I go in, they are either out of donuts, or have an extremely small selection. I have seemingly never been in during a point where any of the people here want to do their jobs, because I am never sold any donuts.

The coffee here sucks too. My wife and I ordered the exact same thing, and when leaving we realized they tasted completely different. These people have no idea how to make a coffee, or just have hearing problems.

Stick with Daylight Donuts, their donuts are also just...
