I needed to update my review of 5 years, and I think it's a good time to do so. Over the last visits spanning months, there has been a wide variety of food quality at this specific location.

The most recent times have been very underwhelming, and I have faced food that is not cooked fresh and worse, just not good food as before.

I've been going to this location for five years, and it's just obvious. The fries lately are just soft, with no crispiness to them at all. The chicken looks almost soggy like it's been sitting around when you would get a to go order that would steam itself in its container.

This is even when ordering as I stated all above.

The other problem is randomly over many visits spanning months, the place can be extremely loud and a freeze box. Other times, it can be completely normal with volume and a normal temperature. It just makes dining there extremely frustrating, but then again, taking an order to go order going through the drive-through is even more frustrating because it'll ruin the order by making...

Chicken, chicken, chicken, what will I be eating? Some Raising Cane's, that's for sure.

I love the food here. It's an easy, quick order, with seemingly great staff, and a nice little catch-phrase. Normally, I would scald a place for making their employees say some weird catch phrase, but it seems like they at least let the employee pick what they say, so I'll let it slide since it's usually pretty funny.

The food is pretty standard, but it's that sauce that makes coming here so worth-while! I have never had a bad experience with the food, and the lemonade is so amazing I cannot not get it!

I have never had an issue with this place, except every now and then they throw in an extra chicken strip by mistake (oh no, more food!).

I also love that they are opened until 10:30. That extra 30 minutes really means a lot when you are hungry at 10 o'clock and no-where else is opened!

We ordered a combo meal with a water from raising canes using door dash and paid $24.97. When the door dash guy came to our door all he had was a water and thats it, when we asked where the food was he said the raising canes guy at the window gave him the water with a ticket that had just a water on it and told him " that's it, you're good to go". When we called raising canes to ask for our food they had no idea what we ordered even though door dash order details ticket had all the food plus the water. Raising canes did not take responsibility on not giving the door dash guy the full order before telling him to go or for not even knowing what we ordered but still charging us $24 for just a water. They didn't want to take care of the door dash guy for going back a second time and we pretty much had to give them the order all over again over the phone and tip the door dash guy again for going out of his way to go back for the food.
