Roberta gives the worst attitude when she takes your order. I have gone several instances to the store and been given rude looks. She has conversations in front of customers and completely ignored us. She is also always looking down at some as if on her phone and when I needed help she couldn’t hear me since she wasn’t paying attention. Poor customer service from her end she asked me what i wanted rang me up and then walked away without a thank you or have a nice day. She has the face of hating her job and not wanting to be there. Since it’s New Years Eve, I called at 1:30 PM and was told they were open until 5 which confirmed the time on google. I ordered the pizza at 4 o’clock and was told to pick it up by 4:30. When I got to the store at 4:20 the doors were locked, they were cleaning up inside and they would not let me in to get my pizza.Then I called and the girl told me sorry there was nothing they could do for me the register was closed. She told me that no one told her the pizza was sitting on top of the oven until after she already closed the register. When you can clearly see the pizza even from outside the store. This was very unprofessional in my opinion and I should have been informed that they were closing...
