Visited during 9pm "Happy Hour". There were only 5-6 tables at a time, with guests, in the entire restaurant during our visit. Plenty of wait staff, and hostess. No manager to be seen, and a single guest at the bar with the bartender. It took our waitress quite a long time to come to the table to take our drink order, so we opted to order our food when she came. I ordered the four cheese Mac and cheese meal, my husband ordered the boneless wings, and chicken quesadilla from the 1/2 price apps menu. We waited for what seemed like forever for our food, even though the place was not busy. Our waitress spent more time in the kitchen than I have ever seen a staff member disappear for. Not sure why. When our food finally arrived, my husband's wings were stone cold, and his quesadilla Luke warm. I couldn't believe it because my food was hot... So I took a bite from each of his plates. I was shocked. Our waitress had disappeared back into the kitchen with the other waitresses, and nowhere to be found for a good 20 minutes. With no one to address the issue, ended up having to eat his cold food. Once done, we waited for our waitress, who appeared from the kitchen some time later to clean up a neighboring table that had left. When we saw her walk past, my husband looked to her. She said "I'll get your check for you". He said okay, but can we also get some dessert, please? She said sure and asked if I wanted a desert menu. I said yes and thanked her, and she brought a menu to our table, then left again!!! We weren't sure what was going on because she headed out to the back/kitchen again. When she finally came out a bit later, she brought our check and took our "to-go" desert order. My husband handed her a $100 bill with the check, and she said, "do you want change?" to which he answered yes. I couldn't believe she would ask that on a $50 check, given the horrible lack of service and no one to tell about my husband's food, since she never came to ask how our dinner was. There seemed to be no manager on duty, but also no shortage of staff (waitresses and hostess). All of the waitresses must have convened in the kitchen with the cook. Good thing there were less than 10 tables with guests in the entire place during our visit, or the waitresses may have had to do more work. I'm sadly disappointed as this was THE WORST experience we have ever had at Applebee's. When they are busy, we can understand the wait. We have had small issues with food before there, temperature/or not cooked properly, but the manager will have food remade if that happens. Or at least come speak to you if there is any issue. Lastly, we ordered 2 Blondie deserts to go, which were delivered by a different waitress.. and we had not yet received our cash change from our waitress. After 10 minutes waiting, she finally came back with our change. We left a decent tip, as we didn't want to be rude. But, when we arrived home with our deserts and took them out of the bag, my husband asked where the maple sauce was. It was not included in either one of our deserts! To make things even worse and make us think twice about going back ever again, our blondie bars were stale tasting, hard and like cardboard. Completely disgusting and both went into the trash. We will NOT be returning to this location. Complete waste of an hour and a half of our time, and $50 of our money. I'm thankful that I had a $10 coupon, or we would have lost more. I cannot believe how far downhill staff has gone. The ONLY consistent staff on board was the bartender. He stayed at his station and attended to the 2 guest/groups that were there throughout our visit. Maybe sitting at the bar would have at least given us better service. I love Applebee's, but late night visits with our waitress as your server are...
Read moreI never post bad reviews but this experience was horrible! My husband an I had been driving all day. We are not from that area. There was a little wait ( which is fine ) . It was 3pm. We were seated. 20 minutes later a waitress who was training another girl got our drink order. More than 15 minutes later we got our drinks. I noticed the people that were sat after us already had appetizers and drinks. Also my husband ordered a Margarita an she served it in a Martini glass gave him the shaker an he poured it in himself. We ordered food finally. I got a grill cheese an soup. My husband got a steak with onion rings an a vege. And waited. About another 20 minutes. The waitress comes out with my soup and my husband’s onion rings ? She said I know you wanted your grill cheese with this but it’s ready. Not sure why she also brought onion rings. I did not eat the soup. The guests next to us that sat less than 10 minutes had drinks an ordered food. They made a comment to us that our service was unacceptable. They were very sweet an saw how we were being treated. I waved over another waitress and asked for a manager. It is now a bit after 4pm. He seriously questioned us an said we placed our order less than 30 minutes ago. At this point it’s almost 4;30. WHat ? We were there for more than an hour. Obviously the server forgot to place our order. We paid for our drinks an left. The guest that sat shortly after us seriously were on to dessert. I can’t believe the manager did absolutely nothing to make things right. Worst...

I went here with family because it is where my mom wanted to go. The service was horrible. Our order was taken around the time our drinks should have been there, our drinks were out by the time our salad should have been there, and our salads were out by the time our entrees should have been out.
After we finished the salad. [Please note that we have not gotten ANY refills on our drinks and have not been checked on.] Our waitress came by and asked us if we wanted...the check. Hellooooo! How about our damn food first?!?!
She scurried to the kitchen and rushed back with plates of food that were cold. She even had the nerve to lie to our faces and say that it had just come out. Yeah right. How stupid do you think we are??? At this point she finally offered to get us more to drink. She couldn't even remember what I had in the first place.
Needless to say she was not tipped.
Here's the cherry on top. I accidentally left my glasses in the bathroom and had to call back later to see if someone had turned them in. The lady on the phone could not have been more rude if she tried.
Like I said the food is fine but not worth the BS you have to go through to get it. You wanna be worthy of being open? Try a complete overhaul...
