Pulled up to Bishop Arts in Dallas to check out this food truck.. La Combi Gotes - Mexican restaurant that has vegan and vegetarian options. The owner was super cool and helpful. I even found out he lived and worked in NOLA. Cute area with plenty of seating, activities and photo ops.😍✨ So here’s what I ordered: the fried cauliflower, which comes in BBQ, buffalo, and lemon pepper. Also the chicken quesadilla, which comes with beans and rice.🌮🌱✨ The food was good and fresh and I loved the vibes!
