On November 3rd between 6:50 pm - 7:30 pm I went in to order 3x drinks & a 1x puppy cup when I was about to pay I’ve informed the cashier I’m going to use my star rewards on the app but instead my Starbucks Card in the app that had $17 & some change was scanned my balance was $22.25 so the difference was $4 & some change but when I confronted her of the mistake she deleted the transaction neither my rewards were used nor my $17 from my Starbucks card was refunded. When I asked the cashier who attended me she seemed to be between 16 - 18 years old American with glasses if the issue is going to be fixed she gave me a vague response I waited for my drinks to be done to get it fixed the cashier grabbed the manager & informed her of the situation. The manager at the time her name is Maggy Hernandez I explained the situation multiple times so she would understood me but it seemed like she didn’t understand all she did was to void the transaction that I paid with my credit card & claimed I’m going to get my money back but the transaction that was paid & process didn’t had my $17 in it because the cashier deleted & started a new transaction as I’ve mentioned Maggy failed to understand a customer/consumer she brushed me off gave me short answers & kept saying matters that didn’t relate to the issue she kept talking about my star rewards when I was talking about my Starbucks cards on the app that I reload $50 - $60 every week or 2. Maggy failed as a manager & gave incorrect information that day I paid $22.25 + the $17 & some change that I’ve lost due to the cashier error & Maggy inexperience knowledge as a manager. My drinks didn’t tasted good due to the stress that the cashier & Maggy provided I didn’t even enjoy my drinks after this encounter I’m now considering in changing a different coffee shop like Dutch Bros. Starbucks is going to loose a consistent customer due to staff lack of experience the employees aren’t at fault it’s the managers that didn’t train correctly to their staff especially Maggy Hernandez definitely needs to be re train in her management role she needs more patience & listen to customers instead of rushing the matter. Hoping there’s some type of solution when I contact corporate my whole trip & experience of Kemah Boardwalk failed because...

Read moreBeyond horrible customer service from store manager Xitlali and her crew. The name was provided by her.
We have been coming to this location for years at Kemah. Came in on September 24th at 8:30 PM stood in line to grab a drink but the line was extremely long. So I stood aside and asked a guy who was behind the counter for a cup of water to which he responded back with some mumbling but I kind of understood that he was saying something about the line and when I was about to explain myself to him he literally walked away. So out of frustration I was explaining to another person what just happened and her amazing response back to what I was saying is " he probably did not hear you because he had his earphones on " to which I asked " is it normal for him to work with his earphones on or to ignore customers " there was no response from her and another person walked up to me asking what happened and than saying " I can not give you a water unless you order something " to which I asked since when that's when she responded back saying " since always " . So instead of arguing with her I asked for a manager and she responded back saying she was the manager.
So much for training and customer service.
Horrible Horrible Horrible customer service, I can probably comfortably say this has been the worst customer service I have...
