Usually, I grab a sandwich for my son at this location when in the area and he has never complained. However, today I added a sandwich for myself through the mobile app. I walked in and she was still making the sandwiches and I noticed that she was not following the explicit directions on the ticket. She cross contaminated sandwiches and then ingredients. So I was adamant that for my sandwich she needed to use clean gloves and remake my sandwich and use fresh ingredients not from the bins that were cross contaminated. I also didnāt want it toasted due toā¦you guessed itā¦cross contamination. For most people it would not be an issue. However for myself, I am allergic to cheese and cannot afford for gloves and ingredients to become cross contaminated. When I pointed this out, she was a bit disrespectful and kind of mocking. With a look and saying āSee Iām changing gloves.ā Instead she could have simply said, āSorry. Thanks for reminding me of the information.ā Also, she had decided to not put cheese on my sonās sandwich when he is not allergic to cheese. So she was just editing the sandwiches and doing it the way she wanted regardless of what the ticket stated. In additio, she was going to toast his sandwich with the veggies on it. Yuck! When I requested she not do that, she took the veggies off and tossed them back in the bins. Yikes! So anyone with allergies may want to stay away from this location. I know I will not be back. This location has lost a customer. Also she was skimping on ingredients. This location also does not inform you when they donāt have an ingredient or ask if you would like something...

Bought an all veggie sandwich. Took a bite out of it and was dissatisfied. Took the sandwich back and explained my dissatisfaction. All I wanted was another sandwich. She said she couldnāt āwasteā any supplies and therefore wouldnāt make me a new one. INSTEAD, she took my sandwich that was brought into my home with cats and dogs AND it was BITTEN into, put it in the toaster, then proceeded to add more guacamole spread all over it. That spatula touched the whole sandwich, bitten part and all! I just could NOT believe what I was seeing. She then proceeded to put that SAME spatula back in the main spread bucket for public use.𤮠I told her that was unsanitary and she just didnāt care. Now, I have a clean bill of health but what if Iām a carrier of COVID and I donāt know it? Iāve worked for subway and I know there is a training program before youāre put to work so I donāt understand how all of the employees at this location are not up to par. I asked for bell pepper on my sandwich and he gave me jalapeƱos. Cheese is never placed in the middle of the sandwich its always placed on the edge so when the sandwich gets toasted the cheese is literally toasted to the paper. They grab large handfuls of veggies and put WAY TOO MUCH sauce in one place vs spreading it out properly so when they attempt to close the sandwich everything falls out. The wrapping paper always looks like a 5 year old did it with the edges still open so there is falling veggies and sauce in your bag!
