I honestly do not know where to start as I am not used to such vulgar and degrading attitudes from employees towards customers for no reasons.
We go to Dadeland Mall on the weekends and we usually go to the store every time we visit the mall after our usual Lego store. It is a tradition as my kids have been doing this since the store has opened. Experience has always been wonderful whether it's this store or other stores in Miami, Canada or around the world.
Today we got yelled at by someone calling themeselves "The Store Manager". After clarifying, another employee mentioned to me that Adrian is not the store manager, he's the supervisor.
We got yelled at and KICKED OUT OF THE STORE since I was LEANING ON THE GLASS. I know better not to lean on glass but there is a better way to address a customer regardless of the situation especially when me and my family were patiently waiting in line. I explained to so called manager, Adrian that I wasn't leaning and he kept on degrading me and saying that I was leaning on the glass in front of the people in line until he KICKED ME AND MY FAMILY OUT of the store.
The Swiss chocolate that you have is amazing. The Swiss hospitality (Adrian) has nothing to do with what you offer. Humiliating me and degrading my self intront of the line is not acceptable and having such people ruin the overall experience is also sad. As you are selling a luxury product (your product is not cheap), I believe that such individuals should be in par with your quality and follow the basics of respecting your customers and offering a luxury service in line with your quality and prices.
I am very disappointed with what has happened today and I am really surprised of such individuals that do not have the basics of customer service serving in a luxury store.
My two boys are 2 and 6 and they really like the place and they left with disappointment as we couldn't get what they wanted. They love the Strawberry Flavor and the Corn Flakes. My wife likes the Almond and Dubai Chocolate. I thank Adrian for ruining our weekend and making our kids very sad. I had to drive all the way to Aventura as Adrian decided to kick us out and unfortunately due to traffic and since it was towards closing I could not make it.
Thank you Adrian for ruining our weekend and I hope no other customer goes through this with Adrian.
If there was a zero or I could go negative, I would gladly put it as this is what Adrian deserves while the other team members were standing in shock to see the behavior of the so called employee calling himself the store manager while in reality I was told he's the...
Read moreI love this place. I have gone here about 4 times already and I have to say, the chocolate is amazing. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don’t have milk chocolate bars- they do have them already packed in the packaging but they don’t have them sold by pound like the other big chocolate bars that they have. I went to a different location that had the milk chocolate sold by the pound and I liked the taste way better than the ones already packaged up for sale - please consider bringing the milk chocolate by pound!!! I 100% will edit my rating to 5 stars once that happens. Thank you!
Update: they added milk chocolate bars so I’m changing my rating to 5 stars!!...
