I cannot say enough great things about The Parlour. After starting my laser hair removal journey at another spot, I quickly realized while I liked the results, I did not like the pressure to purchase packages that would result in payments for the next 2 years of my life with no upfront information regarding the price of each session.

I started to do some research and discovered The Parlour and I am so thankful that I did. What immediately impressed me is that on their website you are provided with all the information other places withhold from you, like the price for each service! I especially liked that you can pay by session and if you do want to purchase a package that is available too.

The place cannot be any cuter….from the decor to the amazing spa like scent that hits you walk in you feel immediately relaxed and welcomed. Erika is always there to greet you with a smile and is extremely knowledgeable about all the services they provide. On my first visit, I had mentioned to her about some AC issues I was having at home and to my surprise on my next visit she remembered and made a point to ask me how my AC was doing. After several visits at the other spot I was going to, I don’t think they ever even knew my name yet after 6 weeks Erika remembered I was having AC issues at home….that is some excellent customer care!!!!

As far as the laser service, Audrey is AMAZING! She keeps the small talk flowing, and the process as fast and gentle as possible that when it’s over you almost feel like you want to stay longer to keep talking. I have also seen Yulia, and she is extremely sweet and gentle as well.

They also offer many other services besides laser, and monthly specials as well. I plan to book a facial with them soon and also want to bring my teenage daughter to have her eyebrows threaded. Audrey and her entire team do an amazing job making you feel like you are in good hands and provide the highest quality of care. Honestly, this place is an absolute gem….do not hesitate to go...
