Kidd Valley — Restaurant in Kenmore

Took toooooooo long for order then once it was cooked they gave our order to another customer. Tried to make it all better by giving us the order we placed and another customers order since the didn't pick the order. That Kidd valley has really changed for the worst. Time we went before I was asked 4 times if I wanted tartar said no each time then asked again when my order was finished I said ok and the woman got upset with me, said I should be charged for it but said she would be nice and not charge me this time but to expect it next time. She the boss or supervisor, and pushed it on me and I was treated like I did her wrong and wanted two tartar free. I already had my wallet out to pay. It will be a long time before I go back - just think I paid them to treat like that.... Won't be going back there anytime soon. Sorry son I know you like the burgers but the service...

To go order: My burger was undercooked and the fries were oily and soggy. Not the first time either! Consistency lacks at this location. About a year ago a shake was missed with our order. We called and it was shrugged off. I let that one go, as it wasn’t worth the fight for a milkshake. Took a while to return, but we were hungry tonight. Quit rushing orders and take the time to make the food like the other Kidd Valley’s do. I got the shake this time and it was good though! Food quality isn’t what it used to be and the restaurant wasn’t at all busy, so clearly the fries were sitting stagnant until a victim came in to order some. We support local and will be back. Hopefully I can update my review and change the star status. I’m all about giving second chances and not posting reviews, but the shake incident a year ago is what prompted this...

Totally not impressed. Ordered the kicking Bbq burger after making sure with the guy there was no bacon since I am allergic to pork. The guy instead inputs for a totally different burger. Was a little shocked to unwrap my burger to find bacon. Bottom line we had to wait in line again and order the burger I wanted a second time. This is really not how first impressions should go, or maybe it is par for the course here? Oh and the second attempt of a kicking bbq burger ended up to be some chicken thing, when the picture looked to be beef. Filling out survey on their website was pointless, as they just want to email you a coupon. Like I am going to allow them to try to kill me again? I told him I was allergic to pork. So be careful of this place if you have any...
