I come to Seattle several times a year but somehow never realized Pagliacci Pizza was a thing, so on this most recent visit, I gave it a try. It was a clean store with lots of bright outdoor light from the windows. Smaller interior for seating but it looked like most of the people who came in did so for takeout, and there was lots of seating when I got there to get my order. Their Sicilian chicken salad has a nice little spice too it and was packed with chicken and other ingredients, so getting a balanced bite of everything was easy. I love a good salad where there are enough portions of all the ingredients. What I loved the most though was their pizza by the slice bar! I really just wanted a couple pieces of pizza, and I love that the slice menu meant I could get two pizza types. The Tricolore pizza was definitely my favorite, but I'm such a sucker for pesto, so your mileage will vary. The other pizza slice was the Diavola, which was also pretty good. Each slice plus the salad was more than enough for one meal for me (although to be fair, I'm not often able to eat as much as I used to). It's a nice thin and flavorful crust and toppings. Also, in full disclosure, the second main reason I chose this pizza place over a few others I was considering (the first main reason was the pizza by the slice) was because of the Squatch labeling. 10/10 labeling art.

What can I say? It's Pizzeria Pagliacci which has been among the top choices for pizza in Seattle for most of my lifetime. Sure it's more expensive but if you want Little Caesar quality then pay Little Caesar's prices and enjoy your disappointment. When you eat here, the crust is perfect and the toppings are of superior quality. the service is friendly and the restaurants are clean. If you've gotten out of a late concert and inhaled some second hand weed smoke, this is going to be a meal you remember forever. Just do yourself a favor and eat here. Even their salads are better than average.

Yummy gelato, friendly staff, and pizza with the right combo of chewy and crispy crust. This time, I got the Burrata Soppreesata which has mild pork salami, soft burrata cheese, and fresh tomatoes fished with arugula after baking. Overall it was delicious except for a few unripe fresh tomatoes. The Gelatiamo peppermint gelato was super minty just how I like it. If you're a person who wishes things were mintier, this gelato is for you.

Ok this is a hard one, but if we speak specifically about Kenmore location this is my rating. I have eaten Pagliacci pizza in the 90’s when I moved from Germany to Seattle. We had plenty good Italian pizza here Germany. The only pizza that got close to it was Pagliacci. We used to get our Pizza from a different location and it was always perfect and delicious. I even got to know the original owner. She was a delight. Once we moved to Bothell, Kenmore was the next location. Initially it was good but after a year it went sour very quickly, pizza undercooked almost raw dough. Over baked place crust, wrong order, wait much longer as promised at one time over 2 hours. They tried to make up for it by giving you free pizza. Very frustrating and disappointing especially after we spend thousand and thousand of dollars over 30 yrs. BUT when the pizza is perfectly baked there is no better pizza but Pagliacci. If I ever should come back to visit I will get my...

Update: ordered psr and it was a greasy floppy mess. Don't know why it was so greasy, Ive had it before and it still had crispy crust, not this time. Super bummed. I love pagliaccis so much, hopefully this is just a one time thing I have 2 requests. 1.Please let me place an order over the phone without paying over the phone. I'm usually driving and pulling over defeats the convenience of ordering. Please let me build a pie out of the available slices. I often show up right before you close (I work late), I'd build a pie out of the remaining slices. You can charge me for the most expensive slice at the pie price. It lets you get some more fresh pizza going during the day and allows people that are limited on time to still grab a whole pie. I love your product, but could use those 2 things to be...
